Since August 2020, ISA Wenhua Guangzhou Foreign Language School IB Programme has successfully passed its first two academic years from founding to foundation. Our second year of operations saw the programme continue to grow in terms of academic, team building, and home-school communication.

自2020年8月开学以来，学校顺利度过了初创到稳定的前两个学年。在刚刚结束的第二学年中，学校在学术建设、团队建设、家校共建等方面获得了更进一步的提升。

霍剑华 Tony Huo

Head of ISA Wenhua Guangzhou Foreign Language School IB Programme

Tony has been a teacher for 36 years. He has been focusing on IB education for 25 years. He has worked in several K12 IB schools in Guangdong and Jiangsu and as the deputy head and head of school for about ten years. He also is one of the first batch of IB examiners in China.

霍剑华校长从教36年，其中25年专注IB教育，先后在广东、江苏的IB学校工作，担任十五年一贯制IB学校副校长、校长近10年。同时，他还是国际文凭(IB)中国首批大学预科考官。

He is a research scholar at the President's Center at the Harvard School of Education and a research scholar on Presidential Leadership at the University College London School of Education. In 2018, he won the China's Most Influential International School Principal, and in 2019, he won the Sina Education International Talent Training Demonstration Award.

他是哈佛大学教育学院校长中心研究学者及伦敦大学学院教育学院校长领导力研究学者。在2018年，他获得“中国最具影响力国际化学校校长”，2019年获得“新浪教育国际人才培养示范大奖”。

Lee Sanders

Executive Principal (International) of ISA Wenhua Guangzhou Foreign Language School IB Programme

Lee attained his MBA degree at the University of Keele majoring in international education. With more than 20 years in the education sector, having served as a teacher and leader in state, selective and private education in the UK, Lee joined YK Pao School in 2014. He was instrumental in growing the High School Programme from scratch, the High School has produced students of exceptional quality with admissions from the world's top 10 ranked university institutions, including Oxford University and Cambridge University admissions, from each graduating class.

Lee先生拥有英国基尔大学工商管理硕士学位。他深耕教育20余年，曾在英国公立、私立及精英学校任教并承担教育教学管理职务，并在上海包玉刚实验学校担任高中部副校长。他熟悉IB课程，多次参加IB及其它国际课程教学与领导力研讨，所教学生遍布世界顶级名校，包括牛津、剑桥、各美国藤校。

As the Deputy Principal of the High School, Lee is experienced in the IBDP programme, where he developed and implemented a balance of three curricula: a hybrid Chinese traditional middle and high school curriculum, IGCSE, and IB Diploma Programme culminating in High School, Shanghai and IB Diplomas. Lee took major roles in IBDP Authorization and 5-year review, CIS/WASC accreditation, and EARCOS accreditation.

Lee先生拥有丰富的课程开发融合经验，曾成功将国内初高中课程与IGCSE课程和IBDP课程进行融合。并有领导IBDP课程授权和评审工作、主导CIS/WASC认证、EARCOS认证等经验。

Mr. Tony Huo and Mr. Lee Sanders will work closely, coordinately, and collaboratively with the current teams. While high standards will be maintained and excellence will continue to be practiced at ISA GZFLS IB Programme, the new team will lend new vigor to its development. All the faculty and staff will lead the spiritual growth of students and support the all-round development of students, cultivate future innovators, leaders, lifelong learners, and achieve their dreams!
