践行圆方冒险精神，徒步杨梅坑——2024圆方全球会议第四天

冒险精神是圆方六大理念之一，冒险是一种探索世界的勇气，是一种永不放弃的精神，4月7日，圆方全球会议第四天，我们带领圆方伙伴们开展徒步冒险活动。

The spirit of adventure is one of the six core concepts of Round Square. Adventure is the courage to explore the world, the spirit of never giving up. On April 7th, the fourth day of the Round Square Global Conference, we led our partners in a hiking adventure.

出发前，作为本次会议的主办方中加学校为各国师生准备了补充能量的饮食和雨衣，在经过长途的乘车后，我们到达了第一个活动地点——杨梅坑。

Before setting off, the host of the conference, SCCSC, prepared energy-boosting food and raincoats for students and teachers from various countries. After a long journey by bus, we arrived at the first activity location - Yangmeikeng.

在天气并不完美的情况下，我们沿着海岸线徒步了三个小时，一路观赏海景、听惊涛拍岸，虽然徒步过程很累，但圆方伙伴们真切地领略了杨梅坑壮阔的山与海！

Despite the less-than-perfect weather, we hiked along the coastline for three hours, enjoying the sea views and the sound of the waves crashing against the shore. Although the hiking process was tiring, Round Square crew truly experienced the grandeur of the mountains and sea at Yangmeikeng!

吃过午饭后，我们继续前行，前往下一个任务地点——西冲海滩，在西冲海滩，一场撕名牌的游戏即将开始。各国同学穿上黑色的背心，将写好的名字牌贴在背后，裁判讲解好规则后，小组之间的大战一触即发！

After lunch, we continued our journey to the next task location - Xichong Beach. At Xichong Beach, we led our international partners in a game popular in various reality shows - the name tag activity. Students from different countries wore black vests and stuck name tags on their backs. After the referee explained the rules, fierce competition broke out between the teams!

比赛场上，竞争如火如荼，每位同学都充分展现了他们的竞争精神和卓越的团队协作能力。他们不仅在实践中体现了“友谊第一，比赛第二”的崇高理念，而且即便在激烈的对抗中，赛后仍能以握手和微笑的方式，彰显出国际友人间的深厚情谊。

On the competition field, the atmosphere was intense, with students showcasing their competitive spirit and excellent teamwork. They not only embodied the noble concept of "friendship first, competition second" in practice but also, even in intense competition, they showed deep friendship among international friends through handshakes and smiles after the game.

回到学校后，此刻等待着各国同学们的是以端午节为主题的晚宴，餐厅里粽叶飘香，各国圆方伙伴和老师围坐在桌子边，学习如何包粽子，一时间盘子里装满了圆方伙伴们包好的各种各样的粽子，带着这份喜悦和成就感，圆方全球会议第四天完美落幕。

Upon returning to the school, the Round Square delegates were treated to a dinner themed around the Dragon Boat Festival. The restaurant was filled with the fragrance of bamboo leaves as our friends from different countries sat around the table, learning how to wrap zongzi (traditional sticky rice dumplings). The plates were soon filled with a variety of zongzi, bringing joy and a sense of accomplishment as the perfect conclusion to the fourth day.
