享运动快乐，探文化古城，展演讲风采——2024圆方全球会议的第五天

经过几日的相处，圆方小伙伴们彼此间有了一定的默契。上午，我们准备了两个热身游戏考验小组成员们，一起来看看他们表现如何吧！

After spending these days together, the RoundSquare crew members have developed a certain understanding among each other. In the morning, we prepared two warm-up games to challenge the group members.

首先是沙包接力游戏。小组成员将沙包扔给队员后需快速跑到白线，然后继续接沙包，如果沙包掉落在地上则需重来。令人惊讶的是，圆方小伙伴们都非常快速地完成了挑战，展现了活力四射的运动风采。

First was the sandbag relay game. Group members had to throw the sandbag to a teammate and quickly run to the white line, then continue passing the sandbag. If the sandbag dropped, they had to start over. Surprisingly, the Round Square partners completed the challenge very quickly, showcasing their energetic and sporty side.

接下来，难度升级。第二个游戏需要每组8位小伙伴以接力的形式完成两次跳大绳，若中途失败则需重来。从来没有尝试过跳大绳的圆方小伙伴们显然没有上一项挑战那样得心应手，但没有一个人放弃，认真向小组领袖学习。每一个学生都沉浸其中，不畏惧挑战，享受过程。

Next, the level went intensive. The second game required each group of8 partners to complete two rounds of jump rope relay. If they failed midway, they had to start over. Our friends, who had never tried jump rope before, did not handle this challenge as smoothly as the previous one. However, no one gave up; they earnestly learned from their team leaders. 

上午9时30分，我们出发前往南头古城。南头古城是一座有近1700年历史的文化古城，承载见证了深圳中心的“迁移与回归”。现在，它也是包容多元文化的城市创意街区。所以， 若想了解深圳，我们必定要去南头古城走一走，看一看。

At 9:30 in the morning, we set off for Nantou Ancient City. Nantou Ancient City is a cultural heritage site with nearly 1700 years of history, witnessing the "migration and return" of Shenzhen's town center. It is now a city creative district that embraces diverse cultures. Therefore, to understand Shenzhen, a visit to Nantou Ancient City is a must-have.

圆方小伙伴们仍然要完成任务，通过提问路人来获得更多线索，并且随机找寻路人来进行采访。看到青砖、玄门、雕梁画柱这些具岭南特色的建筑，小伙伴们兴奋地合影留念。琳琅满目的文创商品和特色食品，更是让小伙伴们驻足欣赏品尝。

The team still had tasks to complete. They gathered more clues by questioning passersby and randomly interviewing people. Excited to see the Lingnan-style buildings like blue bricks, mysterious gates, and carved beams, they took photos together. They also stopped to appreciate and taste the various cultural and creative products and specialty foods.

中午，成员们返回学校享用美味的午餐。月饼是中国传统美食之一，在领袖们的带领下，外国友人们一同体验了这美食的制作过程。他们脸上洋溢的笑容，无不体现着文化交融的美。

At noon, the members returned to school to enjoy a delicious lunch. Mooncakes are one of China's traditional foods, and under the guidance of the instructor, the companions experienced the process of making this delicacy. The smiles on their faces reflected the beauty of cultural integration.

下午2点开始，各个小组便开始准备演讲，将围绕着传统文化的传承与高科技的迅速发展、青少年如何提升领导才能和尊重差异及接纳多元化这三大主题进行讲演。每个小组都在小组领袖的带领下，积极、高效地完成了准备工作。

Starting at 2:00 p.m., each group began preparing speeches on three main themes: the inheritance of traditional culture and rapid technological development, how young people can enhance leadership skills, and the importance of respecting differences and embracing diversity. With the proper organization, each group actively and efficiently prepared for the presentations.

2014届优秀毕业生李梓溪学姐进行演讲分享，她分别从接受改变、促进合作、授权他人、提升能力、接受多样化和学会感恩这六个方面，并且结合自身的经历阐述了对于领导才能和建立乌托邦的理解。精彩的演讲内容让我们受益匪浅。

The 2014 outstanding graduate, Li Zixi,gave her speech . She elaborated on accepting change, promoting cooperation, empowering others, enhancing abilities, accepting diversity, and learning gratitude from her own experiences to explain leadership skills and the establishment of a utopia. The wonderful content of the speech was truly enlightening.

演讲正式开始，每个小组集思广益，即使有的成员英语能力不是很强，但依旧努力去学习。在舞台上的他们，侃侃而谈，从容自信。不畏困难，有所担当是他们对未来的宣言，也是年轻一代人启程的号角。

As the presentations began, each group brainstormed ideas. Even if some members were not very strong in English, they still made efforts to learn. On stage, they spoke confidently and calmly. 

美好的时光总是那么的短暂，圆方会议也慢慢接近了尾声。最后一夜派对，让我们告别所有来宾和工作人员。派对的气氛高涨，来自不同国家，有着不同肤色，说着不同语言的人们，用最朴素的歌舞来表达对彼此深深的感谢和不舍。人们相拥在一起，传达着圆方会议最本真的内涵。

The Round Square conference is slowly coming to an end. The last night's party allowed us to bid farewell to all guests and staff. The party atmosphere was lively, with people from different countries, different skin colors, and speaking different languages expressing deep gratitude through singing and dancing. People embraced each other, conveying the true essence of the Round Square conference.
