在学年中的其他院舍比赛中，每场比赛都对参与者才能有着不同侧重点的要求，比如Harrow Ducker强调体能与竞技，House Music 注重舞台表演与乐器演奏，而在学年尾巴上的色彩大战中，院舍关怀团队精心设置了轻松娱乐甚至有些孩子气的活动环节，以轮流参赛的形式调动每个人的参与度，让每个人都充分参与到各个项目中，真正做到

花样繁多的活动项目增加了Colour Fun的趣味性，需要团队合作才能完成的设定让学生在参与中继续发扬主题“互助“的哈罗核心价值观，和老师们一起参与水枪大战，将蕴藏已久的激情点燃。

色彩大战是我们年度“互助”活动的亮点，而互助代表学生和教职员工热情而包容地为彼此工作。

我们所处的环境在不断变化，而我们的信念支持我们前进的每一步。我们的院舍精神和价值观是确保学生福利的关键要素，这也是我的热情所在。与院舍成员密切合作，对于鼓励学生再创佳绩并培养他们的归属感至关重要。重要的是，我们要了解我们在团队中的差异，以便开拓新的道路。在这条道路上，对他人的宽容和与他人开展合作将引导我们走向旅程的终点，无论这可能意味着个体需要花费多少时间。

每个学生都会创造他们自己的故事，对于许多人来说，这可能始于海口哈罗学校所提供的更广泛的机会，以及他们的家庭或家庭教育。希望我们能够对他们保持积极的影响，支持他们成为他们想要成为的人。回首往事，我非常荣幸能够在过去两年的全人教育中，更好地了解所有高年级学生。学生们分享的欢笑、同理心和善意将继续在海口哈罗学校留下他们的印记。我学会了，互助是由优秀的领导者聚集而形成的优良品质。优秀的领导者会共同努力，进一步向前发展。

Each house competition this academic year, has a different focus or requirement for the students. Harrow Ducker emphasizes physical fitness and competitiveness, and House Music focuses on stage presence and instrument performance.  However, during  Colour Fun, the House staff set up relaxing and entertaining activities. Students take turns to participate in each game and truly show house spirit.

A variety of activities add more fun to Colour Fun, with activities requiring teamwork allowing students to carry forward Harrow’s core value of Fellowship.

In this ever changing environment we are in, our beliefs support us every step of the way. My belief is that children’s development is vital to everyone's future. Our House ethos and values are the key elements to aid our students’ wellbeing and that’s where my passions are. Being able to work closely with their fellow House members is essential for students to build on their success and develop a feeling that they belong. It is important that we understand the differences in our community in order to create a path, where tolerance towards, and collaboration with, others guide us towards the end of that journey, however long it may take individually.

Every student will have their stories, and for many this may start with the broader opportunities offered at Harrow Haikou, along with their home / family education. Hopefully our part stays with them as a positive influence to support them becoming the person they would like to be. Looking back, I am extremely honoured to get to know all US students better throughout their holistic learning these past two years. The laughter, the compassion, and the kindness our students have shared will continue to make a mark on Harrow Haikou. Fellowship has taught me that it is brought together by good leaders who work together, to move forward further.
