一个孩子健康、健全的成长，仅靠学校或者家庭的一方是不够的，需要两者合力教育才有针对性和连贯性。作为一所中西融合的国际化学校，华美拥有一批高素质、高层次的学生家长，但因家长们的职业不同、背景不同，教育孩子的观念也不同，教师和家长沟通是一个深奥的问题，华美每一位老师要真正和家长成为站在一个战壕里的战友。

在近期的一次班主任会议上，我校资深班主任，深圳市优秀班主任获得者黄江飞老师通过讲座的形式，分享了多年在家校沟通中收获的经验，为进一步促进我校家庭教育与学校教育有效衔接，强化服务意识，维护教育良好形象提出了建设性建议。

☆尊重是老师与家长沟通的前提

戴尔·卡耐基说：“每个人都是想成为备受尊重的人。” 尊重是班主任与家长沟通的前提，尽管在教师与家长关系中，教师起主导作用，但彼此在人格上是完全平等的，不存在尊卑、高低之别。班主任即要尊重家长，又要令家长尊重。教师要通过不断地增强、充实和更新自己的教育理念，以丰富的教育经验取得家长的信任。

Teachers should constantly strengthen, enrich and update their educational ideas, and gain the trust of parents with rich educational experience.

☆充分展示发挥语言艺术的魅力

Give full play to the charm of language art

“赞美的语言是交际的秘密武器”，班主任的语言表达也展示着教师的内涵和修养。班主任在与家长沟通时要注意语言的形式与方式，把握好沟通的时序，多给家长一些建设性意见，根据不同家长选择不同的表达方式，与家长之间亲切友好地交流。

☆倾听是老师与家长沟通的艺术

任何教师，无论具有多么丰富的实践经验和深厚的理论修养，都不可能把复杂的教育工作做得十全十美、不出差错。而且随着整个民族素质的提高，家长的水平也在不断提高，家长的许多见解值得教师学习和借鉴。加之“旁观者清”，有时家长比教师更容易发现教育过程中的问题。因此班主任需要放下教育权威的架子，适时地向家长征求意见，虚心听取他们的批评和建议，以改进自己的工作。

The class teacher needs to put down the shelf of educational authority, solicit opinions from parents in a timely manner, and listen to their criticisms and suggestions with an open mind in order to improve his work.

☆让家长多角度地了解自己的孩子

由于部分家长对儿童教育理念不太了解，又容易被亲情蒙住了眼睛，认为自己的孩子是最棒的，即使有点缺点也会树大自直，导致对孩子的真实情况不太关注。班主任可以利用开放日、作品展示等契机，让家长发现自己孩子和别人孩子的差距，从而引起家长的关注，再根据不同的情况和家长沟通，逐步渗透教育理念，找出问题的原因，与家长共同制定好的解决办法并共同努力。

The class teacher can communicate with parents according to different situations, gradually penetrate the educational concept, find out the causes of problems, and work together with parents to work out good solutions.

☆真情感动，相互理解

班主任默默地做了很多的工作，但家长不一定能体会到老师对孩子的关注，班主任要将孩子在各领域发展中的点点滴滴及时向家长汇报，尤其家长特别关注的问题，要在日常工作中认真观察，细致指导，真诚耐心地向家长反映情况。

The class teacher should report the children's development in various fields to the parents in a timely manner, and sincerely and patiently reflect the situation to the parents.

教育是一门艺术，掌握与家长沟通的技巧，才能让教师的教育行为艺术化，才能达到“沟通零距离”的境界。在教学的每一天，班主任都要面对着活泼好动的孩子，孩子们每天都在成长，每天都要上演不同的故事，老师和家长共同参与孩子的成长，在他们的成长轨迹上留下教育的足迹，是孩子牵起老师和家长的手，只要老师与家长用心，就一定会奏响教育更美的乐章！
