Brave Winds and Waves, Set sail on a long voyage

奋楫者先，勇进者胜，为加强团队建设，促进团队的合作精神，11月6日，华美外国语学校开展了“坚守初心担使命凝心聚力再出发”2021年华美教师团建活动，让伙伴们在欢乐气氛里释放压力，融合协同。

On November 6th, Huamei Foreign Language School launched the 2021 Huamei Teachers' League Building activity of "Stick to the Initial Heart, Take the Mission, Concentrate on the Work and Start".

活动开始前，老师们在专业教练的带领下，通过简单有趣的热身游戏，迅速唤醒精神，激活身体能量。

Teachers, under the leadership of professional coaches, quickly wake up their spirits and activate their physical energy.

一路“艇”你·我们在一起

We are together all the way

做好热身准备，激活身体运动意识，老师们开始了乘风破浪之行。

The teachers began to ride the wind and waves.

为了更好地投入到皮划艇运动中，教练通过专业讲解，让老师们从握桨方式、调整仓位，配合入水等方面，快速掌握技巧。大家乘风破浪、奋勇向前。

Through professional explanation, the coach allows teachers to quickly master the skills from the aspects of holding oars, adjusting positions, cooperating with water entry, etc.

皮划艇作为一种体育类的拓展项目，在愉悦身心的同时又能锻炼身体，伙伴们可以从中收获到了快乐与知识，感受一把竞技带来的愉悦。

Canoeing, as a kind of sports expansion project, can not only enjoy body and mind, but also exercise, from which partners can gain happiness and knowledge.

伙伴们两两搭档登艇下水，团结协作驾驭和操控皮划艇，通过体验慢慢配合，产生默契，适应水上运动。同时也快速激活身体运动意识，让伙伴们在未知的领域面前，需要学习到新的技能。

Partners get into the boat in pairs, and work together to control kayaks.

在体力和耐力的双重考验下，团队协作显得弥足珍贵，熟悉的伙伴在此刻更加信任彼此，并肩作战。

Under the double test of physical strength and endurance, teamwork is precious.

皮划艇犹如片片绿舟漂浮在海面上，在所有小伙伴的努力下，控制皮划艇排成一列，犹如一字，凝聚成一个完整的团队。

Canoes are lined up to form a complete team.

海上运动是打开伙伴身心，增强体质，激发活力的途径之一。

Sea sports is one of the ways to open up the partner's body and mind, strengthen the physique and stimulate the vitality.
