Stay Hungry，Stay Humble | 英语组教学研讨活动

课堂是教学的舞台，课堂质量是教学的生命线。为进一步优化课堂教学，提升教师的教学能力，全面提升英语科组的教学质量，近日，我校英语组全体教师开展了“观摩课堂教学+互动交流评课”的全学段教学研讨活动，英语教学专家乔乐老师受邀担任本次活动的全程导师。

Teaching is the stage of classroom, and classroom quality is the lifeline of teaching. Recently, all the teachers in the English group of our school have launched a whole-school teaching seminar of "observing classroom teaching+interacting and evaluating classes".

一把好剑需要千锤百炼，一块好玉需要精雕细琢，一节好课则需要教师不断地去打磨。学校领导高度重视此次教学研讨活动，全面协助支持英语科组开展教研。英语科组全体教师团结协作，高效制定出优质的活动计划和教学目标，共同进行教学重难点的研究。

老师们精益求精，对课件PPT、板书、教具、教案和设计思路进行了一次又一次的修改，给孩子们赋予快乐而又有收获的学习体验。为确保本次活动顺利进行，英语教研组主任乔乐老师利用两周时间逐一听课，并把每一位老师需要改进的地方都记录下来，以督促全体教师进行反复练课与修改调整，让每一位老师都受益匪浅。

All the teachers in the English div work together, work out high-quality activity plans and teaching objectives efficiently, and jointly study the important and difficult points in teaching. Every teacher has benefited a lot.

在本课中，王老师选取孩子们最熟悉的职业展开情景教学。她结合本班级学生模仿能力强、活泼好动的特点，在课堂中穿插韵律十足的歌曲，所用动画也增强了教学内容的趣味性，激发了学生的学习兴趣。

In this lesson, Mr. Wang chooses the occupations that children are most familiar with to conduct situational teaching.

王老师通过看图认读、Job survey、grammar time,show time等环节带领学生进行高效的学习。由词到句，由句到篇的学习过程锻炼了学生听说读几个方面的语言技能，让孩子们在愉快的氛围中轻松学得英语。整堂课重点突出，环节紧凑，结构清晰，精彩纷呈。在快乐中学习，在活动中成长！

在本课中，骆老师结合神州“十三”载人航天飞船顺利登上太空的时事新闻，带领学生们进行了一次太空旅行。整堂课通过Let's guess这个环节，进行了多轮设想和探究：谁能成为幸运儿？太空之旅前你会有什么样的心情？太空之旅前需要做何准备？太空之旅需要多长时间？到了月球你可能会做什么？整个过程中穿插了听说读写，训练了学生的综合表达能力。

最后，骆老师通过给出的线索，让各个小组讨论完成retelling。整堂课层层递进，环节紧凑，牢牢抓住了学生的兴趣，寓教于乐。

In this lesson, Mr. Luo led the students on a space trip in combination with the current news that China's "13th" manned spacecraft successfully landed in space. The whole class is progressive layer by layer, with tight links, firmly grasping the students' interest and entertaining.

在本课中，赵老师以Earth hour为切入点，引出全球变暖带来的影响，进而呼吁学生保护生态环境、爱护我们的地球家园。

Teacher Zhao took Earth hour as the breakthrough point, drew out the impact of global warming, and then called on students to protect the ecological environment and care for our earth home.

在此过程中，学生们通过观看视频、引发思考、头脑风暴、问答互动，层层推进学习。最后，赵老师给学生们总结了保护环境的tips，让学生们思考在生活有哪些行为是与保护环境息息相关的，并给出思维导图进行整合，全面提升了学生们的环保意识和规范意识。

All-round improvement of students' awareness of environmental protection and norms.

鲁老师教学面带微笑，教态自然，及时鼓励学生，以Class rules开始课程，用TPR教学法进行互动暖课，以“How are you？”的问答形式与同学们展开对话。课堂上，同学们积极举手回应，用识听的方式听音、辨别词汇，以卡片活动的形式回应识音。在循序跟音练习中，鲁老师结合TPR互动，让同学们积极参与且记音，通过magic finger活动，帮助同学们记忆所有的职业词汇，以“123 turn around”小游戏检查同学们的学习情况。此外，小组对话练习，实现师生互动、生生互动；调查问卷，拓宽思维；视频歌曲，升华情感，进而引导同学们思考以后想从事的职业。

Teacher Lu started the course with Class rules and used TPR teaching method to warm up the course interactively. 

整课堂学生积极活跃、教学效果显著，同学们乐在其中，自然习得词汇的音、行、义，及时记忆，有效表达，生动活泼地展现了口语课程的精彩。

The whole class was active and the teaching effect was remarkable.

赵静老师利用自然拼读的特点进行语音导入，放手给学生进行知识总结以及培养学生知识迁移的能力。充分利用小组活动，自主探索发音规律。教具的使用极大地增强了学生的积极性，生动地将自然拼读的方式方法贯穿始终。

Teacher Zhao Jing makes use of the characteristics of natural spelling to conduct voice import, give students knowledge summary and cultivate students' ability of knowledge transfer.

姜老师的课首先通过生动的图片引导学生进入情景并于课前设立好规则，现代化的教学手段使得教学效率倍增，并在生词学习中进行不同颜色的音节区分，更有利于学生记忆，最后点睛的ABC任务单、三个层次的难度设置，使分层教学的理念得以很好实施。

Teacher Jiang has ABC task list and three levels of difficulty settings make the concept of hierarchical teaching well implemented.

谢老师以一段影视剧片段为“引子”，开始了本课的学习，极大地激发了学生们的好奇心，且为之后的故事线索、学生循序渐进的学习奠定了良好基础。

Teacher Xie started the study of this class with a film and television drama segment as the "introduction", which greatly aroused the curiosity of the students.

跟读课文，分角色朗读课文，让学生熟悉文本，纠正发音，符合阅读课习惯；学习任务和探究单层层递进，让学生从时间、地点、人物、开端、过程和结果分析这篇小说，用思维导图方式串联故事各项元素，帮助学生记忆，方便retell输出。整节课逻辑思维清晰，抽丝剥茧。

The whole class was logical and clear.

王老师通过歌曲引入，生动活泼地将英语中的“现在进行时”时态带入课堂主题，通过唱、跳的形式让学生进入童话剧中爱丽丝、白兔和姐姐等角色，进而通过分角色朗读，体会剧中的人物情感。

Through the introduction of songs, Teacher Wang vividly brought the present continuous tense in English into the classroom theme. 

整堂课，王老师将时态的学习、句子的结构特点、人物的性格特征、文学作品的意义等学习贯穿其中，以角色扮演、体会对白艺术、思考交流、点拨解答等方式，将知识的学习“生动化”“具象化”，升华了本节课的主题。

Throughout the whole class, Teacher Wang studied tenses, sentence structure features, character characteristics of characters, meaning of literary works and so on.

在本课中，王老师从日常生活出发，逐步引导学生们认识圆珠笔的发明历程。她结合文章体裁和大单元教学概念以及探究教学法，将教学过程进行任务分层，并采用小组合作探究的形式，激发学生的学习兴趣，分步骤、有条理地让学生完成了本节课的学习。

In this lesson, Mr. Wang starts from daily life and gradually guides students to know the invention process of ballpoint pen.

整个课堂节奏紧凑，游戏单词检测、fly your ideas、完成清单......让学生在各个环节当中充分发挥主观能动性，成为课堂的主人翁。

The whole classroom allows students to give full play to their subjective initiative in all aspects and become masters of the classroom.

课后，全体英语教师在会议室进行了评课和深入研讨活动。“在学习中传递快乐，在快乐时学有所获”是英语课堂一贯秉承的宗旨。乔老师结合学校的具体情况对每个年级教材的使用与重难点的把握给出了中肯的建议。

After class, all English teachers conducted class evaluation and in-depth discussion activities in the conference room. 

在一个多小时的研讨过程中，我校小学部英语教师对牛津教材有了进一步的了解，对英语教学也有了新的感悟，接下来老师们将把所有收获运用到接下来的教学实践中，带着孩子们共同成长。

Teachers will apply all the gains to the next teaching practice, and lead the children to grow together.
