教师探究单设计与解说竞赛

Teacher inquiry sheet design and 

explanation competition



11月19日,我校开展探究单设计和探究单解说竞赛,全体教师设计探究单并在指定时间内当场完成对设计的探究单的解读。教师从探究目标、探究过程、驱动问题、探究效果等四个方面对探究单加以解说。这是我校教师校本教研“课例荟”系列教研活动的第一步。

On November 19th, our school launched the inquiry sheet design and inquiry sheet explanation competition. Teachers explained the inquiry sheet from four aspects: inquiry goal, inquiry process, driving questions and inquiry effect.


课例荟,即以一节课为例,荟萃一堂课的教学在课前、课中、课后所进行的诸种研修活动,兼具教学设计、教学案例、课堂观察、教学反思等进行的全面分析,分五步形成校本研修的闭环。第一步:探究单设计及解读;第二步:组内上课、磨课互助(含UOI课或者多种方式跨学科融合);第三步:校级赛课、互动评课;第四步:课例展示、评课比赛;第五步:课例演讲。

Class meeting, that is, taking a class as an example, gathers all kinds of research activities before, during and after a class teaching, and has a comprehensive analysis of teaching design, teaching cases, classroom observation, teaching reflection, etc.

我校“一线三生”教学样态之课例荟校本研修活动已于10月29日拉开帷幕,是继九月“一线三生”探究单设计与使用、十月“一线三生”教学方式与学习方式培训后,以课例为范,实操性地校本研修。

The school-based research activities of class meeting of "First-line Sansheng" teaching style in our school started on October 29th, taking class examples as an example and making practical school-based research.

在“双减”的背景下,学校着力打造“一线三生”课堂教学样态,向课堂要质量。教师培训以“课例荟”校本研修活动为平台,以“提升教师教学理念、提升教师专业水平、提升教师教育境界”为目的,以“华美外国语学校教师专业发展规划”为行动纲领,锤炼教师的教学基本功,强化“以探究为主线,强化生活意识,营造生态环境,成就生长智慧”的教学理念,提高教师的课堂教学水平、探究单设计水平、信息化融合教学水平及教科研水平,提高课堂教学效率,深入研究、探索高质量生态化发展新路径,积极回归教育本真和探索教育规律。

Under the background of "double reduction", the school strives to create a "front-line, three-life" classroom teaching style, and demands the quality of the classroom. Improve teachers' classroom teaching level, inquiry sheet design level, information integration teaching level and teaching and research level.

课例荟在研究课例的过程就是教师理论学习和教学实践、教育科研结合的过程,通过课例研修,着力对“一线三生”课堂教学从内容、方式、媒介、评价进行四维突破,优化课堂教学。在接下来的几周中,我校将步步推进,一一进行,促进“一线三生”课堂教学样态落地,促进教师的专业成长,促进“减负増质”落实。

The process of studying lesson plans by lesson plans is the process of combining teachers' theoretical study with teaching practice, education and scientific research. Through the study of lesson plans, efforts are made to make a four-dimensional breakthrough in the content, methods, media and evaluation of "First-line and Three-life" classroom teaching, so as to optimize classroom teaching.
