On the Open Day, some teachers of the ISA Tianhe school will be invited to bring you a lively, trial class which is truly indicative of the daily teaching style of our school. You can bring your children with you to experience the trial class together and feel the charm of IB inquiry teaching.

开放日当天将邀请爱莎天河学校老师将为您开展体验课堂，真实还原爱莎天河学校日常教学风采。您可带上孩子一同体验课堂，在课堂中感受IB探究式教学的魅力。

The Open Day have been set on a normal school day when you will have the opportunity to enter the school premises, visit student classes and have a school tour with our school admissions team so that you can learn more about what daily life is like at ISA Tianhe.

It will be the most straightforward way of acquiring a better understanding of the school and IB teaching.

ISA Tianhe International School was established in 2015. It is the only international school in Zhujiang New Town that has obtained the International Baccalaureate PYP and MYP authorization. In 2020, ISA Tianhe School was selected as one of the top ten "2020 New InSight School".  In 2021, ISA Tianhe School was awarded as one of the “Hurun Education Top 20 International Schools in China”.

The ISA Vision Statement, Inquire. Succeed. Act. and our guiding principles aim to provide a balanced education system which fuses the framework of the International Baccalaureate (IB) Programme with the UK National Curriculum standards. It also contains an outstanding Chinese programme, Mother Tongue programme and Co-curriculum.

ISA Tianhe uses English as the main language of instruction, and an Immersive English teaching environment with systematic English learning which ensure that all ISA Tianhe students develop their academic abilities. The school has launched a unique Chinese teaching curriculum, hoping that children from different countries and regions can study the Chinese culture as they learn Chinese.

爱莎天河秉承以英文教学为本，沉浸式的全英教学环境及英文系统性学习，让爱莎天河学生的英文水平与世界以英文为母语的学生持平，甚至高于同年级学生。同时学校推出了独树一帜的中文教学特色课程，希望不同国家和地区的孩子能随着中文的学习，感受中国文化的魅力。

In addition to Chinese courses, the school also provides students with mother tongue courses such as Korean, French, Italian and Spanish. In addition to having excellent English proficiency, some students can also advance their own mother tongue, identify with the national culture of their country, and have a strong sense of self-identity while accepting other cultures.

ISA Tianhe brings together a leadership team from world-renowned schools and a team of teachers with rich educational experience. Native English-speaking classes and specialist teachers have joined ISA from countries such as Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, UK, and the USA. Teachers are required to have a bachelor’s degree, a recognized teaching qualification and acceptable school teaching experience.

We also care about the safety of our students. ISA Tianhe provides over 16 school bus lines with supervisors on each bus.

The health of our students is also a top priority. Our canteen not only provides nutritious, Chinese and Western dishes, but also provides snacks for students both in the morning and afternoon. All ingredients are supplied by Metro AG.

Our Chef has many years of experience working in restaurants. He carefully prepares each dish to meet the tastes of students from different countries while ensuring a balanced diet. ISA has strict policy guidelines for ensuring the quality and freshness of the food.

我们关注学生的健康。校园内设有餐厅，不仅提供营养丰富、中西结合的午餐，还会为学生提供上、下午课间餐。学校餐厅每日从麦德龙采购最健康优质的食材。我们的五星级大厨有丰富的经验并了解学生的喜好，用心制作每一份菜肴，在保证营养均衡的同时，满足不同国籍学生的口味。在食品安全管理方面，学校严格完善的食品管理和供应流程确保了食物的最佳品质和新鲜可口。

Please note that the north gate is closed, so please enter the Redtory through the south gate (the entrance on Linjiang Dadao).  Please park your car in the designated parking areas and walk to ISA Tianhe.
