For non school-bus students: Parents send the students to the school gate and show students’ travel codes. At the same time, students must use hand sanitizer to wash their hands and have their temperature taken before entering the school.

The school will prepare a photo area for students and parents in the front yard. Parents can take a group photo with their children. For epidemic prevention and control, parents are not allowed to enter the classrooms. After the group photo, the students are taken to their classrooms by the school teachers.

非校车学生：家长将学生送至学校门口后，在学校门口向工作人员出示学生返校当天的有效行程码。同时学生使用免洗洗手液洗手，完成体温检测。开学当天学校在前院为学生和家长们准备了精美的留影区，家长可与学生一起进行合影留念。出于疫情防控，家长请勿进入校园内。合影结束后，学生由学校老师带到相应的课室。

School bus students: Parents send the travel code of students to the corresponding school bus teacher in advance. During the day, parents should send the students to the school bus stop. Students use hand sanitizer to wash their hands and take temperature beforegetting on the school bus. After the students arrive at the school gate, they wash their hands with hand sanitizer and take tempreture. The school teachers will send them to the corresponding classroom.

校车学生：家长将学生的有效行程码提前发给相应的校车老师。家长将学生送至校车上车点，校车老师将对学生进行体温检测，体温正常方可上车。学生到达学校门口后，学生使用免洗洗手液洗手，完成体温检测后由学校老师带到相应的课室。

Parents are advised to prepare enough masks for students in their schoolbags, because students must wear masks during the whole journey when taking the school bus or public transportation.

学生搭乘校车或公共交通工具往返学校时须全程佩戴口罩，请家长为学生准备多个口罩在书包里，便于学生更换佩戴。

Yes, at ISA Tianhe, students are required to wear school uniforms on school days and wear their sports uniform on days when they have PE class. Wearing a uniform helps to develop a team spirit and a collective sense of belonging whilst also enhancing the image of the school. ISA Tianhe has summer and winter uniforms which families need to purchase.

Yes, Parents can prepare lunch for their children to bring to school if they wish. Homeroom teachers or associate teachers will assist them in warming their food.

ISA Tianhe’s canteen also offers healthy and high-quality lunches which take into consideration Chinese and Western preferences. Lunch is presented as a buffet-style meal with a number of options catering to all tastes. The canteen also provides free snacks for students in the morning and afternoon, including fruit, bread, cookies, yogurt, and juice.

Primary students do not have nap time, but they can engage in activities such as visiting the library, practising an instrument, or play in the playground during their break time at noon.

Early Years students have an afternoon nap from 12pm to 1.45pm. Calming music is played when students are taking a nap. It helps students to fall asleep. The school also makes an adjustment to students’ nap times according to their year level. Students’ nap times will be adjusted over time to ensure they will get used to their primary timetable easier. The higher grade they are in, the shorter their nap times are.

幼儿午睡时间为：12:00-13:45，学校为学生提供了良好的午休环境，在午休前会播放有助于孩子入睡的轻音乐。此外，学校根据学生的年级调整学生的午休时间，随着学生年龄的增加，午休时间缩短，让学生逐步适应小学阶段的课程安排。

School-bus students: The school bus supervisor will contact the parents before school starts and inform the parents of the time when the school bus arrives at the school bus stops. Parents should send the students to the bus stop on time and pick them up when the school bus arrives in the afternoon.

校车学生：校车老师将于开学前联系家长，并告知家长校车到达校车点的时间。家长应于校车到达校车点前将学生送至上车点或到达下车点接学生回家。

Non school-bus students: Parents should send the students to the school gate before 8:30 and pick them up with the pick-up card at the admissions building in the afternoon. If parents want to apply for a pick-up card, please contact the Parents Help Centre via WeChat.

非校车学生：家长应于学生上课8:30前将学生送至学校门口，并于下午学生放学时（幼儿园16:00，小学16:10）到达学校招生大楼门口，凭接送卡接学生回家。

若家长未办理接送卡，请家长联系家长服务中心微信进行接送卡办理。
