Sha Tin Junior School was established in 1988 by the English Schools Foundation and accepts students from ages 5 to 11. The school\\\\\\\'s programme is based on the Primary Years Programme of IBO. Its mission is to provide a secure and happy environment in which children can develop their academic, social and physical potential to the fullest. 学校简介

沙田小学（Sha Tin Junior School）是英基学校协会属下学校。沙田小学与英基属下的沙田学院共享校园。校舍提供优质设施，包括游泳池，运动场，体育馆及图书馆。学校提供学额900个学位，学生来自多个不同国家。沙田小学获国际文凭组织授权开办小学课程，学生修读的是探究为本课程。沙田小学的教职员是一支既专业且对工作充满热诚的团队。同时，沙田小学开设学习支持班，为有中度学习困难的学童提供所需设施。

英基小学和幼儿园均采用国际文凭组织小学课程 (PYP)，此课程专为3至12岁的学生而设，专注学生的全人发展，培养他们在课室内外都具探究精神。

中学方面，英基学校采用校本设计、广泛而平均的课程，接续综合中等教育文凭 (GCSE) 课程和普通中学教育文凭 (IGCSE)资格。学生修读不同的课程，包括英文、数学、科学、人文学科、创意及表演艺术、设计科技和一种符合学生不同程度的增补语言。启新书院和智新书院均开办国际文凭组织中学课程 (MYP)。

对于当前的所有年级，我们将在一年中的任何时候接受申请表。只有在有空缺时才进行面试。

ESF入学语言要求

由于英语是教学语言，除了普通话课程外，入学面试还要确认候选人是否具有符合年龄的语言能力，可以使用英语有效学习。

面试是非正式和友好的，由经验丰富的小学老师进行，他们知道有些学生可能会感到紧张，需要放轻松。

申请一年级学生参加面试，鼓励他们用英语交流描述；讨论熟悉的家庭假期以及与同龄人互动。

ESF特殊教育需求
