UISZ 新校区进展如何？What is the progress of our UISZ New Campus?

广州增城誉德莱外籍人员子女学校，地处东莞，惠州，深圳，广州等城市交接地的广阔绿地之中，在过去18年里，向全世界输出了一批又一批的优秀毕业生。

如今，为了进一步满足学生教育需求，为社区成员提供更好的福祉，我们立足现在，期冀未来。相信大家都知道，UISZ将在明年搬入新校区。

那我们UISZ 隐匿在山间绿林中的新校区建设，如今进展到底如何？

相信大家都非常想一探究竟。

UISZ目前的新校区正在有条不紊地进行阶段性建设。我们经验丰富的专业工程团队，24小时，三班倒，风雨无阻地不断往前迈进。从前面平面地基打牢加固，到内部砌墙通电，再到现在的高楼耸立，新校区的各座主建筑已基本成型。

其中不得不讲到的就是我们新的宿舍部大楼——现代龙之屋

作为一所走读兼寄宿学校，UISZ的宿舍部大楼一直都是我们建设的重中之重。UISZ 宿舍大楼高达19层，目前已完成封顶, 内部正在如火如荼地进行装修中。届时引入内部智能系统，新一座“龙之屋”将和增城誉德莱国际化生活社区的发展理念一脉相承，在学生学术学习，生活管理，人文关怀，以及膳食医疗，提供现代化的全方位国际社区寄宿体验。

广阔的原生态绿地始终是我们战略发展的核心之一

毗邻校区的梯田式花圃，从新校区建筑一层层过渡到原生态的广阔的原生态绿地，是由苏州著名的苏州园林设计院有限公司, 广州珠江外资建筑设计院有限公司, 与香港周德年建筑设计有限公司共同策划的倾心力作。

农作物及植物种类繁多, 当中更有罗汉松，荔枝园，古榕树， 紫檀等绿植，皆由裕达隆农艺园(增城)有限公司精心栽培，共同构成UISZ的天然氧吧。 

在这粤港澳大湾区的后花园——UISZ，学生每吸一口都是满满的自然新鲜空气。从校园俯视，所有天然生态绿植一览无遗，随处可见; 高处隔山眺望，罗浮山优美景色映入眼帘。在绿地园林内，除保育的鱼塘和原生态农庄以外，更有CNH 「中国新视野」项目的户外活动，山间骑行和露营实践训练，这些将会在UISZ国际新校社区内触手可及！

Utahloy International school Zengcheng, located in the vast green area surrounded by Dongguan, Huizhou, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, has cultivated classes of outstanding graduates to all around the world in the past 18 years. Today, in order to further meet the educational needs of our students and provide better well-being for our community members, we are now looking into the future. As everyone knows, UISZ will move to a new campus next year. So how is the construction progress of UISZ's new campus in the green forest in the mountains, let’s have a closer look.  

UISZ's new campus is currently under smooth and phased construction. Our experienced professional engineering team, 24 hours, three shifts, keep moving forward, rain or shine. From the solid foundation of the front plane to the electrification of the internal walls and now to the tall buildings, the main buildings of the new campus have basically taken shape,

One of the things we have to talk about is our new dormitory building——the New Dragon House.

As a day school and boarding school, UISZ's dormitory building has always been one of our top priorities. The 19-story UISZ dormitory building has been capped and its interior is being finished internally in full swing. With the introduction of internal intelligent systems, the new "Dragon House" will be in line with the development concept of Utahloy International Zengcheng living community, providing students with a modern and comprehensive international community boarding experience in academic study, life management, humanistic care, as well as catering and medical care.

The vast original green space has always been one of the core of our strategic development.

The terrace-style flower garden adjacent to the campus, the transition from the new campus building layer by layer to the original extensive original ecological green space, is a joint sincere effort of the famous Suzhou Garden Design Institute Co. LTD. Guangzhou Pearl River Foreign Investment Architectural Design Institute Co. LTD., and Thomas Chow Architects Ltd.

A wide variety of crops and plants, including podocarpus, lychee garden, ancient banyan tree, red sandalwood and other green plants, are carefully cultivated by Uthaloy Horticulture (Zengcheng) Co. LTD., together constitute the natural oxygen bar of UISZ. 

At UISZ, the back garden of the Greater Bay Area, students are filled with natural fresh air with every breath. Overlooking the campus, all the natural ecological plants can be seen everywhere. Overlooking the high mountain, the beautiful scenery of Luofu Mountain came into view. In the Greenland, in addition to the preserved fish pond and the original farm, there are also CNH "China New Horizon" project outdoor activities, mountain cycling and camping practice training, which will be within reach in the UISZ international new Campus community!
