The BCIS Sports Day got the whole school running, jumping and wet! The students, who participated in a variety of track and field events, were happy to cool down afterwards on the Slip n Slide and other fun water activities. Students were also able to show their creative side with sidewalk chalk. The bounce house with a climbing wall was a big hit with the students!

Sack/3 Leg Race and Pass the Water Relay test the children's own coordination ability, but also test the tacit understanding of teamwork. In the play, it not only relieved the heat, but also exercised the children's communication and teamwork skills, and deepened the friendship between each other.
In the Pass Water Relay, the children use cups and sponges to pass every drop of water that determines the team's victory. In this game project, everyone is a participant in the project, everyone is an indispensable part, and everyone is unique and the most important existence!
The school also prepared parachutes for everyone. The children formed a circle, jumped and squatted, and had a great time playing.

There is no derogation, no comparison, children learn to persevere in happiness, and respect in games. Like every grass looking forward to the rain, the children communicated and cooperated with each other in every game, and gained the joy and friendship that they were looking forward to.
Sportsmanship
The day commenced with an exciting student vs. teacher volleyball gameThe day gave the students an opportunity to learn together by playing and using cooperation and thinking skills.
In sports, children show their independence, self-confidence, relaxation, and pleasure, but the meaning of the game is not only the sense of accomplishment after winning, but also the tacit understanding of teamwork, and the process of working hard for the goal step by step.
Patience, hard work, persistence, and mutual help are the sports spirit that BCIS really wants students to understand. It is not just to love a sport itself, but to face life through this love, insist on doing what you like, sweat and work hard. No effort, no gain.
