BCIS作为一所美式学校，十分重视体育运动在教育中的价值。

对孩子体育运动的培养，不仅有益于学生的身心健康，还能培养他们的毅力、耐力、团队沟通及协作能力，并在未来对学生申请名校和奖学金也多有助力。

BCIS棒球校队

BCIS棒球校队在2016年成立，队伍经过多年磨练，已日趋成熟。目前学校共有2支棒球队伍，分别是小马队和野马队。成员有20余人，由1至8年级的学生组成。

两支队伍曾多次代表学校参加各级各类的棒球比赛。参加深圳市棒球比赛并多次获奖，取得过优异成绩。棒球精神一直激励学生们不断创造新的成绩，在赛场上展现BCIS学子的精神风貌，弘扬BCIS体育精神。

新的一年我们也设计了新的队服，将原本红色的队服，换成了更加沉稳的蓝色，希望每一位同学，都能稳扎稳打，在棒球的路上，竭尽全力地去击打，赢得胜利！

本学期棒球校队继续培养孩子们通过棒球训练、赛事，得到那种精疲力竭而想放弃但最终又坚持下来的意志力，培养他们和他人协作、成为一个优秀的校队成员、胜不骄败不馁的品质。

希望孩子们具有在比赛失败时能面对挫折再卷土重来、竭尽全力苦练的精神。通过这些锻炼，孩子们最终会知道任何成绩都需要通过日复一日、年复一年艰苦努力和训练才能获得，而不是一夜之间就能取得成功的。

由于现阶段全国疫情紧张，棒球队训练时，坚决拥护党的指挥，严格按照国家的防疫要求来执行。

今年我们会进一步提高队员各方面能力，培养集体主义观念，提高球队身体综合素质。备战2021年深圳市各项棒球比赛，争取在市各项比赛中取得好成绩，同时为学校球队建设做好基础，并为更高一级广东省的比赛做好一切工作。

阶段训练指导思想

严格组织纪律性，加强队风队纪的要求,先培养一名优秀的学生,再做一名优秀的小球员,做到我要练，认真练，动脑练。科学进行训练，打好基本动作基础，积极提高专项技术和专项力量的练习，抓好综合素质与战术练习，合理安排训练量，保证运动员身体体能和免疫力不下降。

阶段目标

近期目标：力争在市各项比赛打出好成绩，让更多的同学喜欢上棒球运动。

远期目标：力争更高层次比赛冠军，让曦城棒球在深圳市乃至广东省打出成绩。

阶段训练时间和安排

2021年8月-室外训练

训练安排方式：通知每天的训练安排。

（每天必做联合打卡内容，内容如有重复按打卡要求完成）

训练的基本任务

思想方面：

1.严格组织纪律性，加强队风队纪的要求,先培养一名优秀的学生,再做一名优秀的小球员,做到我要练，认真练，动脑练。

2.严格的训练质量，按要求，多思考，多提问，多纠正，多想像，多模拟，多讨论，多总结。

提高队员综合素质：

1.学习掌握正确的专项移动技术和协调性练习。（室内技术动作）

2.提高移动所需求的肌肉力量训练。

3.提高完成保持各种技术动作所需要的协调能力和专项力量。

防守上：

1.提高场员传接球的基本能力,并要求动作的一致性

2.提高各位置的基础动作练习（包括专项力量）

3.提高补位、补漏意识（思考在纸上模拟）

进攻上：

1.徒手练习挥棒动作,各种击球练习

2.练习挥棒上下肢动作专项力量

技战术能力：

1.提高进攻战术（室内外模拟）

2.提高防守战术（室内外模拟）

现阶段全国疫情紧张，坚决拥护党的指挥，严格按照国家要求的基础上组织棒球校队的比赛,积极完成运动员注册。

5.参加全国棒球冬季U系列比赛(在广东承办经校方和家长们的同意方可参加)

南山区的各校队, 罗湖区队, 龙华区, 光明区队, 宝安的其他校队。

蓝袜棒球俱乐部, 领先棒球俱乐部, 欧贝斯堡棒球俱乐部, 高兴棒球俱乐部, 沃德棒球俱乐部.以及中山熊猫棒球队等外市队伍。

BCIS的棒球训练场，设在校园的操场上，我们为学生配备了专业的棒球打击笼，希望每一位小球手，都能一击即中。

如果遇到了雨天或是其他不宜在室外上课的天气状况，棒球老师们就会把学生们带到室内体育馆继续上课。

新的学期，希望会有更多同学能够加入BCIS的棒球校队，也希望每一位同学都能找到自己的热爱，并为之去奋斗，挥洒汗水。

BCIS Baseball Team

The BCIS baseball school team was established in 2016. After years of training, the team has matured day by day. There are currently two baseball teams in the school, namely the Colts and the Broncos. There are more than 20 members, composed of students from grades 1 to 8. The two teams have represented the school in many types of baseball games at all levels. Participated in the Shenzhen baseball game and won many awards and achieved excellent results. The spirit of baseball has always inspired the students to continuously create new results, show the spirit of the BCIS students on the field, and promote the BCIS sportsmanship.

In the new semester, we have also designed a new team uniform, replacing the original red uniform with a more stable blue. We hope that every student can play steadily and do our best to hit on baseball. , Win the victory!

This semester baseball school team continues to train children through baseball training and competitions, to get the willpower that is exhausted and want to give up but finally persists, train them to cooperate with others, become an excellent school team member. Win without arrogance and defeat.

I hope that the children will have the spirit to face setbacks and make a comeback and try their best to practice hard when the game fails. Through these exercises, children will eventually know that any achievement requires hard work and training day after day, year after year, not success overnight.

At this stage, the nationwide epidemic situation is tense, and we firmly support the party's command, organize baseball games in strict accordance with national requirements, and actively complete the registration of athletes.

Competition format

1. Watch high-level matches

2. Go to the other school and the school team to compete

3. Varsity teams from other schools compete in our school

4. Participate in the official competitions of the districts and cities

5. Participate in the National Baseball Winter U Series Competition (organized in Guangdong only with the consent of the school and parents)

Competition team

School teams in Nanshan District, Luohu District, Longhua District, Guangming District, and other schools in Baoan.

BCIS’s baseball training ground is located on the campus playground. We have equipped our students with professional baseball batting cages. We hope that every small player can hit it with one hit.

In case of rain or other weather conditions that are not suitable for outdoor classes, baseball teachers will take students to the indoor gymnasium to continue class.

In the new semester, I hope that more students will join the BCIS baseball team. I also hope that every student can find their passion, fight for it, and sweat.
