重磅消息：上海包玉刚实验学校前总校长吴子健担任我校学术顾问！

7月18日，在广州暨大港澳子弟学校揭牌仪式上，上海包玉刚实验学校前总校长吴子健受聘为学校学术顾问。

Mr. Wu Zijian was appointed as the school advisor of Affiliated School of JNU for Hong Kong and Macau Students at ASJ’s Unveiling Ceremony on July 18.

吴子健是上海包玉刚实验学校前总校长、特级校长，具有40余年教育经验。是上海市九年一贯制教育专业管理委员会前主任、上海市民办中小学协会前副会长、华东师范大学青少年发展研究中心特聘教授、上海市建青实验学校前校长。具有幼儿园、小学、中学教育的理论与实践经验，从九十年代起从事教育国际化与双语教学的实践与研究。主编出版《快乐体验》、《九年一贯制素质教育模式研究》、《学生创造力培养序研究》、《探究学习与教师行为改善》。出版专著《教育在哪里》。发表论文数十篇。主持的课题获教育部基础教育课程改革研究成果三等奖，全国第三届教育科研成果三等奖，上海市第七届教育科研成果一等奖，中国可持续发展项目“十五”优秀研究成果专著三等奖。课题《从研究学生出发，提升“15年一贯制”学校课程实施的有效性》入选中国教育学会教师培训课程库。

Wu Zijian is the former president of YK Pao School and the recipient of Distinguished Principal Award. He has more than 40 years of experience teaching in schools. He was the head of Shanghai Grade 1-9 Education Expert Committee, Consultant, deputy director of Shanghai Private Middle and Primary School Association, the distinguished professor of East China Normal University Youth Development Center for Youth Development and Research, and the head of Kindergarten, Primary and Secondary School at Shanghai Jianqing Experimental School. With more than 30 years of experience teaching in international schools and conducting bilingual education research, Mr. Wu has extensive knowledge and practice experience in teaching kindergarten, primary and secondary school students. He has published widely in the above areas, including ‘Happy Experience’, ‘A Study of Grade 1-9 Quality-oriented Education’, ‘Study on the Cultivation of Students' Creativity’, ‘Inquiry-based Learning and Changing Teaching Practice’, and ‘Education and Where to find it’, and on top of that, dozens of his research papers have been published in various journals, one of them has received multiple awards and honors, including the Third Prize in the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China Basic Education Curriculum Reform Research Achievements, the Third Prize of the 3rd National Awards for the Education Research Achievements, the First Prize of the 7th Shanghai Awards for the Education Research Achievements, and the Third Prize of China’s SDGs Goal 15 Project Research Achievements. To his credit, his research paper ‘Improve the effectiveness of implementing K12 curriculum programs studying students.’ was kept in The Chinese Society of Education Database of Teacher Training Courses. 

自2010年起，吴子健接任包玉刚实验学校总校长，掌舵11年间，吴子健将理论和实践结合，成功带领包玉刚实验学校成为中国最顶尖的国际化学校。据2021年胡润百学排行榜显示，上海包玉刚实验学校四年中共有三次荣登中国国际学校第一名。而其IB教学成绩更是让人瞩目，在2017年学校首届IB毕业生中，96%的学生获得全文凭证书；平均分34分，高于全球平均分29.8分；最高分44分（满分45分），取得40分及以上的学生占到12%，远高于5%的全球平均水平。

During the past 11 years as YK Pao School’s president, Wu Zijian has combined theory with practice to successfully help it become China’s best international school. According to Hurun Education Top International Schools in China 2021, YK Pao School has ranked first three times within the past four years among China’s international schools. YK Pao School’s International Baccalaureate (IB) program has been very successful. 96% of its first-generation IB graduates in 2017 obtained IB diplomas with an average score of 34, vastly exceeding the global average of 29.8. The highest score was 44 (full score: 45), and 12% of graduates earned a score of no less than 40, significantly greater than the global average of 5 percent.

在受聘仪式上，吴子健作了《中国学生如何学好IB课程》的即席演讲。除分享自己在包校工作的经历以及对IB课程的理解，作为新聘学术顾问，吴子健校长对港澳子弟学校的发展预期充满了期待，他也将充分运用自己的工作经验，根据中国的国情，以及对“IB+”国际教育课程的理解，结合学校定位，将课程研究和实施双结合，使学校课程更加凸显港澳子弟学校特色，为搭建港澳子弟学校“IB+港澳+内地融创课程”助力。

At the appointment ceremony, Wu Zijian delivered an impromptu speech entitled ‘How Chinese Students Can Effectively Master IB’. In addition to sharing his experience working at YK Pao School and his knowledge of IB courses, Wu Zijian, as the new academic advisor, described his expectations for the future of the Affiliated School of JNU for Hong Kong and Macao Students. Meanwhile, he explained that he will maximize his work experience to combine course research and implementation to ensure that YK Pao School’s courses further highlight ASJ’s characteristics and will assist ASJ in creating IB, Hong Kong, and Macao, as well as Mainland Chinese multi-disciplinary courses that reflect China’s current situation, his understanding of ‘IB+’ courses, and YK Pao School’s focus.
