“青蓝工程”师徒结对仪式：扬帆正当时，携手共奋进

3月12日，融通高中举行了“青蓝工程”师徒结对仪式。本次仪式由教师发展中心张法林主任主持，旨在搭建青年教师与资深教师间的桥梁，以师徒结对的方式，传承教育智慧，引领教育创新。

On March 12th, International High School held a master apprentice pairing ceremony for the "Green-Blue Project". This ceremony is presided over by Director Zhang Falin of the Teacher Development Center, aiming to build a bridge between young teachers and experienced teachers, and to pass on educational wisdom and lead educational innovation through pairing between masters and apprentices.

At the ceremony, the atmosphere in Hall 1 was solemn and warm. Young teachers and experienced teachers, according to their respective wishes, form mentorship. International High School Principal Lu Jiajie has issued appointment letters to 16 experienced teachers who serve as mentors. This is not only an honor, but also a responsibility.

师父代表宋苗苗老师深情回忆了自己的教育初心。她回顾了刚刚踏入教育行业时的种种经历，感叹在教育之路上有人引领是何等珍贵的助力。

On behalf of the mentor, Teacher Song Miaomiao deeply recalled her original intention in education. She reviewed her various experiences when she first entered the education industry and marveled at how valuable it was to have someone lead her on the path of education.

随后，师徒结对仪式进入了温馨的礼物赠送环节。青年教师们用心准备的礼物，传递着对师父们的感激之情，这份心意不仅是礼物本身，更象征着结对师徒间的情谊绵长。他们相视而笑，彼此间的信任和敬意，在无言中流淌。

Subsequently, the master apprentice pairing ceremony entered a warm gift giving stage. The gifts carefully prepared by young teachers convey gratitude to their masters, which not only symbolizes the gift itself, but also symbolizes the long-lasting friendship between masters and apprentices. 互赠礼物过后，徒弟代表蒋英泽老师表示，拜师仪式将会成为我们传承与创新的开端。我们将从师父身上学得实用的教学技能，同时带入自己的新思想、新观念，为融通高中的教育事业注入新的活力与生机。

After exchanging gifts, the representative of young teachers, Teacher Jiang Yingze, stated that the teacher worship ceremony will become the beginning of our inheritance and innovation. We will learn practical teaching skills from our masters, while introducing our own new ideas and concepts, putting new vitality into the the cause of education of International high school.

最后，卢校长引用韩愈《师说》中的话，为仪式画上了完美的句号。卢校长表示，“弟子不必不如师,师不必贤于弟子”。作为国际教育的一份子，我们要不断更新教育理念，虚心向他人学习，积极尝试更为先进的教学法，为学生们提供更加丰富、多元的学习体验。

Finally, Principal Lu drew a perfect conclusion to the ceremony by citing the words from Han Yu's Shi Shuo. Principal Lu said, "A apprentice doesn't have to be inferior to a master, and a master doesn't have to be better than a apprentice". As a part of international education, we must constantly update our educational philosophy, humbly learn from others, actively try more advanced teaching methods, and provide students with richer and more diverse learning experiences.
