什么是ECA课程?

ECA是一个全球课程体系，是英文Extra Curriculum Activity的缩写，意为课外活动增益课程。ECA由美国大学理事会(The College Board)和国际文凭组织(IB)共同建立，致力于培养全面发展的人才为全世界的学生提供高质量的教育。

The ECA curriculum is a global educational framework, denoting "Extra Curricular Activity." Establishlished by The College Board in conjunction with the International Baccalaureate Organization (IB), it is dedicated to cultivating individuals with comprehensive abilities and delivering superior educational services across the globe.

我们的ECA课程有何魅力?

学校在设计ECA课程方面，也将积极发挥粤港澳大湾区办学优势，坚持创造以学生为中心的学习环境，以全人教育和学生全面发展为核心，让孩子在轻松愉悦的学习环境中拓展视野、培养兴趣、提高综合学习能力。

我们的ECA课程从视觉与表演艺术、体育运动、科创工坊、语言与文化、学术等五大范畴开设，同时也会开展多元化的活动和实践项目，鼓励孩子们积极思考、勇于尝试、不断创新。

In crafting the ECA curriculum, the institution proactively exploits the benefits of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area, maintains a student-centric educational framework, and centers the curriculum around the comprehensive development and holistic education of the students. This approach aims to expand their intellectual horizons, nurture their interests, and enhance their comprehensive learning skills within a relaxed and congenial learning atmosphere.

Our ECA courses are offered in five areas: Visual and performing arts, sports, science and Innovation workshops, Language and culture, and academics. We also carry out a variety of activities and practical projects to encourage children to think positively, experiment and innovate.

视觉与表演艺术

Art is food for the soul. It stimulates creativity and cultivates aesthetics. Our arts program covers a variety of fields including design, music, and drama, encouraging students to express their inner world with color, melody, and body language. Regular art festivals and performances not only provide a stage for students to show their talents, but also enrich the cultural life of the campus, so that everyone can find their own art world.

体育运动

在我们的校园里，体育运动不仅仅是一种锻炼身体的方式，更是一门培养团队合作、领导力和坚韧不拔精神的课程。从篮球、足球、羽毛球、排球，到击剑、高尔夫、光电射击等专业课程，我们提供多样化的运动项目，让学生在挥洒汗水的同时，学会如何面对挑战，如何在团队中找到自己的位置。每学期的运动会更是学生展现自我、凝聚班级荣誉感的重要时刻。

On our campus, sports are not just a way to exercise, but a course that fosters teamwork, leadership, and perseverance. From basketball, football, badminton, volleyball, to fencing, golf, photoelectric shooting and other professional courses, we provide a variety of sports, so that students can sweat at the same time, learn how to face challenges, how to find their own place in the team. The sports meeting of each semester is an important moment for students to show themselves and gather the sense of class honor.

科创工坊

科技改变未来，创新引领潮流。科创工坊是学生们探索科技奥秘、实践创新想法的乐园。在这里，他们可以接触到编程、少年航空、3D打印等前沿技术，通过亲手制作项目，将理论知识转化为实际应用。无论是了解无人机编程技巧，还是科学运用计算机算法，每一次尝试都是对未知世界的勇敢探索。

Science and technology change the future, and innovation leads the trend. Science and Innovation Workshop is a paradise for students to explore the secrets of science and technology and practice innovative ideas. Here, they can access cutting-edge technologies such as programming, junior aviation, and 3D printing, and turn theoretical knowledge into practical applications through hands-on projects. Whether it is learning the skills of drone programming or using computer algorithms scientifically, every attempt is a brave exploration of the unknown world.

语言与文化

语言不仅是沟通的工具，更是文化的载体。我们开设了多种课程，包括播音主持、英语演讲、电影赏析、厨艺社等，旨在培养学生的国际视野和跨文化交流能力。通过沉浸式学习和文化体验活动，学生们不仅能够掌握一门新语言，更能深入了解不同国家的历史、艺术和习俗，为成为全球公民打下坚实基础。

Language is not only a tool of communication, but also a carrier of culture. We offer a variety of courses, including broadcasting and hosting, English speech, film appreciation, cooking club, etc., to develop students' international vision and cross-cultural communication skills. Through immersive learning and cultural experiences, students will not only master a new language, but also gain insight into the history, art and customs of different countries, laying a solid foundation for becoming global citizens.

我们为有志于深入探索某一学科的学生提供了丰富的资源和支持，包括趣味数学、英语拼读、英语强化等。学生们不仅能深化专业知识，还能学会批判性思考和独立解决问题的能力，为未来的学术或职业生涯奠定坚实的基础。

We have a wealth of resources and support for students interested in exploring a subject in depth, including fun math, English phonics, intensive English and more. Students not only deepen their professional knowledge, but also learn to think critically and solve problems independently, laying a strong foundation for their future academic or professional careers.

耕耘不息、硕果累累

在整个学年中，我们除了为学生提供了各式各样的体育、文化类以及艺术等一系列丰富的课程和活动，还带领学生向外拓展、积极参与各项比赛。有赖于老师们尽心竭力的辅导和同学们精彩纷呈的表现，ECA硕果累累、成绩斐然。

Throughout the school year, in addition to providing students with a wide range of sports, cultural and art courses and activities, we also lead students to expand and actively participate in various competitions. Thanks to the dedicated guidance of the teachers and the wonderful performance of the students, ECA has achieved great results.

未来之城比赛

12月23-24日，2023-2024年度未来之城全国展评暨十周年庆典活动在北京国家速滑馆成功举办，来自全国29个城市的千余名学生参加了本次活动。佛山暨大港澳子弟学校的“未来工程师们”在老师的指导下积极参与此次活动，带来了极具想象力和创造性的未来城市作品——《长氢城》，G9B班陈捷馨同学的“未来之城”绘画作品也在北京冰丝带同步展出，并最终荣获团队综合奖三等奖及未来之城三星俱乐部认证奖项。

On December 23-24, the 2023-2024 City of the Future National Exhibition and 10th Anniversary Celebration was successfully held at the National Speed Skating Hall in Beijing, with more than 1,000 students from 29 cities across the country participating in the event. The "Future engineers" from ASJ, under the guidance of the teachers, actively participated in the activity and brought a very imaginative and creative future city work - "Long Hydrogen City". The "Future City" painting of Chen Jiexin from Class G9B was also exhibited in Beijing Ice Ribbon. And finally won the third prize of the team Comprehensive Award and the Future City Samsung Club certification award.

世界机器人大赛

FTF青少年无人机赛

粤港澳大湾区无人机挑战赛暨世界机器人大赛FTF青少年无人机赛项广东省选拔赛在深圳正式落下帷幕，吸引了全省近百所学校组队参赛。佛山暨大港澳子弟学校的参赛同学们在科创老师指导下充分发挥科技创新精神，不断突破自我，经过层层选拔后，最终两组同学获得二等奖，一组同学获得三等奖。

The World Robot Contest Trials 2023 officially came to an end in Shenzhen, attracting nearly one hundred school teams from across the province to participate. Students from ASJ-Foshan gave full play to the spirit of scientific and technological innovation under the guidance of the science and innovation teachers, and kept breaking through themselves. After layers of selection, two groups of students finally won the second prize, and one group of students won the third prize.

2024英国国际钢琴公开赛

精英选拔赛

佛山ASJ各学部的选手们积极参与2024英国国际钢琴公开赛精英选拔赛，并在老师的指导下化身“小小钢琴家”，用精湛的技艺和出色的表现赢得了评委和观众的一致好评，斩获多个奖项！

the Finalists can compete in the 2024 UK International Piano Competition were successfully concluded, and the players from all divs of ASJ-Foshan actively participated in them and transformed into "little pianists" under the guidance of their teachers, and won a number of prizes with their superb skills and excellent performances, which were unanimously praised by the judges and the audience!

全国青少年模拟飞行锦标赛

全国青少年模拟飞行锦标赛是我国青少年航空体育领域唯一以飞行为主题的品牌赛事，也是我国历史最长、知名度的全国性青少年模拟飞行赛事。佛山ASJ岑卓庭同学荣获2024年全国青少年模拟飞行锦标赛广东省选拔赛红牛朗利特竞速（小学男子乙组）个人三等奖。

The National Youth Flight Simulation Championship is the only brand event in the field of youth aviation sports in China with the theme of flight, and it is also the national youth flight simulation event with the longest history and highest visibility in China. Mr. Cen Zhuo Ting from Foshan ASJ won the third prize in the 2024 National Youth Flight Simulation Championship Guangdong Province Selection Competition for the Red Bull Langlit Racing (Primary School Boys Group B) Individual.

佛山市第三届“禁毒杯”体艺文化节

中小幼陶艺教学展示初评

由佛山市教育局举办的“传承佛山陶艺，共建美陶文化”2023年佛山市第三届禁毒杯体艺文化节中小幼陶艺教学展示活动于2023年11月23日进行了初选评比；经过评选，我校G8万子悦同学获得特等奖，G10B叶惠妍同学获得铜奖，G10C陈晞榆同学获得优秀奖。

By the Foshan Education Bureau organized the “inheritance of Foshan ceramics, building beautiful ceramic culture”, the third anti-drug Cup Physical Culture Festival, small and medium-sized children ceramics teaching demonstration activities in the preliminary selection on November 23, 2023; after the selection of the G8 Wan students won the Grand Prize, G10B Ye students won the Bronze Award, G10C Chen students won the Award of Excellence. G10C Chen won the Excellence Award.

佛山ASJ首届艺术周

佛山ASJ首届艺术周与所有热爱表演的人相见，围绕世界观察、现实回响、探究未来三个核心主题，师生们携手进行了一个多月的创作，提交了80余首音乐作品及24份剧本。通过剧本创作、角色理解、精神映射，大家从艺术中探寻、反思我们身处的世界和时空，深刻理解“风物长宜放眼量”的主旨。

The first Art Week gala of ASJ-Foshan met with all those who love performing. Centering on the three core themes of world observation, reality echo, and exploring the future, the teachers and students worked together for more than a month to create, and submitted more than 80 musical works and 24 scripts. Through script creation, role understanding, and spiritual mapping, we explore and reflect on the world and time and space we live in from the art, and deeply understand the theme of "scenery and objects should be looked at for a long time".

艺术作品展

进行多元化课程的同时，佛山ASJ也会举办作品展，通过开放日活动、艺术周展示出来，包括服装设计、视觉艺术等等。师生们得以共同创作作品、交流想法，构建出一个五彩斑斓的艺术世界，不断提高审美及艺术素养。

In addition to the diversified curriculum, ASJ Foshan also holds exhibitions of works, including fashion design, visual art and so on, through open days and art weeks. Teachers and students can create works together, exchange ideas, build a colorful art world, and constantly improve the aesthetic and artistic quality.

MVPA60项目

香港教育局“跃动校园活力人生”计划引领佛山ASJ体育热潮，佛山ASJ积极参与「ASAP」奖励计划，推动学生积极参与体能活动，以达到世卫MVPA60的建议，巩固学生在体育活动方面的知识，并透过体育活动让学生认识中华文化和培养国民身份认同。

The Hong Kong Education Bureau's "Vibrant Life in School" programme leads the sports boom in Foshan ASJ, and Foshan ASJ actively participates in the "ASAP" Award Scheme to promote students' active participation in physical activities to achieve the WHO MVPA60 recommendation, strengthen students' knowledge in physical activities, and enable students to understand Chinese culture and develop national identity through physical activities.
