转眼间2022年即将结束，在期待未来美好的同时，也让我们再次恭喜协和浦东三林校区2023届的毕业生们。他们在这一年里，经历了超长居家网课，克服了种种不可预计的困难，收获了人生下一阶段的邀请函，一封封梦想大学的录取通知书。

2022 is coming to an end. While we are looking forward to a bright future, let us once again congratulate the 2023 Graduates of SUIS Pudong-Sanlin Campus. During this year , they have experienced super-long home-based online classes, overcome various unpredictable difficulties, and received invitation letters for the next stage of life, the offers from their dream universities.

截止12月31日，他们共收到了27封到了来自英国、美国、加拿大及中国香港的预录取与面邀OFFER。包含剑桥大学、牛津大学、宾夕法尼亚大学（藤校）、帝国理工学院、伦敦大学学院、罗德岛设计学院、爱丁堡大学、伯明翰大学、安柏瑞德航空航天大学、香港理工大学等世界顶尖学府，专业涵盖：房地产规划、航空科学、化学工程、商务管理、人类、社会和政治科学、兽医学、电子电气工程、计算机工程、摄影、设计。

By 31st December , they have received a total of 27 conditional and interview letters from universities in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and Hong Kong(China). These include: the University of Cambridge, the University of Oxford, University of Pennsylvania (Ivy League), Imperial College London, University College London, Rhode Island School of Design, University of Edinburgh, University of Birmingham, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Hong Kong Polytechnic University and other top universities in the world. Major covers: Real Estate Planning, Aeronautics, Chemical Engineering, Business Managment, Human, Social & Political Sciences, Veterinary, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Photography and Design.

SUIS Pudong-Sanlin Campus is an innovative academic institution, bringing together the vigor and vitality from both our teacher and students. Vitality means growth and innovation, and vigor comes from multicultural communication and interaction. The 'East Meets West' ethos of Xiehe Education lays a solid foundation for creating such a healthy educational atmosphere.

在协和，我们一直在思考: 学生需要具备什么能力？而我们的老师又怎样才能帮助学生去培养这些必备技能？

A question we constantly ask ourselves is: what skills and competencies will prepare students for the uncertain future? And how can our teachers guide students to develop these indispensable skills?

未来瞬息万变，问题的答案也在不断更迭，所以成长型思维的培养则显得尤为重要。学生的学习需求在不断变化，新的教育模式和创新的教学法在变化中生成，新知也因此产生，新的学习生态在变化中慢慢形成，在此过程中孕育的学生又将决定并塑造未来。学生、教师和外部世界不断互动，互相影响，这就是"生长"。
The answers to these questions will vary from time to time due to the ever-changing world. Therefore the most important task is to develop a growth mindset. As knowledge continues to change, so too will the educational demands on students and their learning needs, which will then generate new education models and innovative pedagogies, giving students the skills and competencies they need to shape the future. A new educational environment is taking shape. Students, teachers and the outside world are in constant interaction and influence each other greatly. This is the kind of growth we value.

”生长“的方法，速度及方向各有不同，每一种不同都会成就一种”可能“。每一种”可能“都需要引导和被看到。在三林校区，我们通过分层教学，建立学生档案，支持学生活动等形式，全方位去了解每一个学生，在此基础上加以适当地引导和干预，逐步实现从”可能“到“具备”的过渡。

The method, speed and direction of growth are different, and each difference will create a "Possibility". Every "Possibility" needs to be guided and seen. In Sanlin Campus, we provide each student with a thorough, personalised learning experience through differentiation, individual student files, and supporting student activities. Based on knowledge, we give appropriate guidance and intervention, and gradually make the transition from "Possible" to "Certain" a reality.

过去五年，我们的毕业生遍布全球10个国家，他们中有的走在艺术前沿，有的扎根学术，有的热衷医学，有的投身电子科技。在未来，我们将有更多从协和三林走出去的学子们，在这个世界，在各个领域，发光发热。

In the past five years, our graduates have been admitted into universities in 10 countries around the world. Some of them are at the forefront of art, some in academia, some getting themselves trained in the field of medicine, and some into electronic technology. In the future, more students from SUIS Sanlin will continue to shine in different professional fields across different continents of the world.
