ISNS硕士及以上学历的达到58%，留任率高达85%-90%，高于国际学校平均70%-75%。校长们的任职有三五年的，也有高达7年的。ISNS的老师主要来源于加拿大、美国、新西兰/澳大利亚，所有老师均有教师资质，受过IB培训。教学年限达20年以上的老师占11%，其余老师41%有11-20年教学经验；32%有6-10年教学经验；16%有3-5年教学经验。
