TWIS讲故事比赛的半决赛以各种经典故事到创新叙述故事吸引了观众的注意。该活动于2月26日和27日在B3礼堂举行，我们见证了来自不同年级的年轻故事讲述者带着他们最好的表现登上舞台。

On two inspiring mornings filled with creativity and flair, the semifinals of the TWIS Storytelling Competition took place, captivating the audience with a range of stories from classic tales to innovative narrations. The event, held on February 26 and 27, witnessed our young storytellers from various grades bringing their best to the stage in the B3 Auditorium.

来自PYP 2的Bobo带领我们进入一次神奇的“西游记之旅”，她通过生动的叙述和富有表现力的表演体现出IB的学习者属性里的勇于冒险的精神，赢得了在场所有人的赞赏。她对猴王的刻画既迷人又幽默，用现代的方式将古代的故事表达地栩栩如生。

Bobo from PYP 2 took us on a magical "Journey to the West," embodying the spirit of adventure and courage with her lively narration and expressive gestures, captivating the hearts of all present. Her portrayal of the Monkey King was both enchanting and humorous, bringing ancient tales to life with a modern twist.

PYP 3 的 Casey 讲述了一个关于蜜蜂的引人入胜的非虚构叙述的故事。她的故事不仅富有教育意义，还强调了蜜蜂对我们生态系统的重要性，通过迷人的事实和充满激情的表达吸引了观众，体现了她对自然的深切关注。

Casey from PYP 3 offered a shift towards the informative with a compelling non-fiction narrative about bees. Her story was not only educational but also underscored the importance of bees to our ecosystem, engaging the audience with fascinating facts and a passionate delivery that underscored her deep concern for nature.

PYP 5的Kayla和Ryan深入探讨了具有教育意义的故事，每个人都带来了独特的视角。Kayla的故事以历史事实为根基，将观众带回到了过去，而Ryan关于科学发现的叙述则突出了创新和好奇心的精神，这两个故事都给观众带来了丰富的知识体验。

PYP 5’s Kayla and Ryan delved into educational stories, each bringing a unique perspective. Kayla's story, rooted in historical facts, transported the audience back in time, while Ryan's narrative on scientific discovery highlighted the wonders of innovation and curiosity, both stories enriching the minds of listeners.

A highlight was the self-curated story from Aiden, Yahia, Ace, and Kelly from MYP, which showcased their ability to craft a narrative that was both original and reflective of their collective creativity. Lastly, the team of Maggie, Aiden, and Lesley from MYP 1 presented "The Rabbit and the Turtle," a classic tale with a modern twist. Their collaborative effort in narrating the story emphasized the value of patience and perseverance, engaging the audience with their dynamic interpretation and teamwork.
