The Primary Years Programme Exhibition (PYPX) is the culmination of the Primary Years Programe (PYP). It is a milestone for IB students.

小学毕业成果展是学生在国际文凭小学项目(IB PYP)学习之旅的一项结业性质的探究活动,是作为IB PYP学生从小学向中学过渡的里程碑。

我们如何组织自己

An inquiry into the interconnectedness of human-made systems and communities; the structure and function of organizations; societal decision-making; economic activities and their impact on humankind and the environment.

对人造系统和社区的相互关联性的探究;组织的结构和职能;社会决策;经济活动及其对人类和环境的影响。


Using this as a starting point, our students then wrote their own central ideas, using their chosen focal point.

以此为基点,五年级的学生选择了自己小组的研究主题,并确定了中心思想。

Groups 组建小组

After selecting their inquiry topics, students carried out a series of activities in groups. This time, the students formed six groups. They not only conducted their inquiries under the guidance of their homeroom teacher, but also worked closely with mentors and members of the ISA Tianhe community. In this process, students developed the central idea of the inquiry units, explored lines of inquiry, key and related concepts, and then took action. Team collaboration helps to cultivate students' communication and collaboration skills, spark interest in learning, and strengthen students' understanding of knowledge.

学生选择探究主题后,以小组为单位展开系列活动。本次,学生们组建了六个小组。他们不仅在主班老师的指导下完成各小组的探究,同时也与导师和爱莎天河社区的成员们密切合作。在此过程中,学生们设计探究单元的中心思想,探究线索,关键和相关概念,并采取实际行动。在此过程中学生们相互协作,这也有助于培养学生的沟通和团队合作能力、激发学习兴趣、加强学生对知识的理解。

Take Actions 采取行动

The PYPX project is not just an academic display, but also a manifestation of students' independent thinking and collaborative exploration. In this process, they chose topics of their interest, conducted in-depth research, and showcased their learning outcomes through various forms of presentation. Whether through investigations, field visits, expert interviews, or experimental design, our students will demonstrate their profound understanding and unique insights into the selected topics. The school provided rich resources and strong support for Y5 students’ PYPX.

小学毕业展不仅仅是一个学术展示,更是学生们独立思考、合作探究的体现。在这个过程中,他们选择了自己感兴趣的主题,进行了深入的研究,并通过各种形式的展示向大家展现了他们的学习成果。无论是通过调查、实地考察、专家访谈,还是设计实验,五年级的学生向大家展示了他们对所选主题的深刻理解和独特见解。在此过程中,学校也为孩子们提供了丰富的资源与支持。


Furthermore, the students effectively showcased the attributes of IB learners, incorporating communication, critical thinking, self-management, social, and research skills into their final presentations. Moreover, the students grasped the significance of academic integrity, highlighting the proper use of bibliographies and reference lists in their work.

此外,学生们有效地展示了IB学习者的特质,将沟通、批判性思维、自我管理、社交和研究技能融入到他们的最终展示中。此外,学生们也深刻理解了学术诚信的重要性,并在作品中突出了书目和参考文献列表的正确使用。

At PYPX, Y5 students showcased their achievements to all ISA Tianhe Community. Throughout the presentation, they conveyed the purpose, process, and results of their inquiries to the audience, encouraging more school community members to participate in their inquiry projects. We are proud of the outstanding performance of the students.

在小学毕业展上,五年级的学生向爱莎社区成员们展示了他们的成果,展示过程中,他们将探究的目的、过程、成果传达给观众,鼓励更多学校社区成员参与到他们的探究项目中。我们为五年级的学生精彩的表现感到骄傲。

Through the PYPX, Y5 students receive comprehensive development that benefits them for life. At ISA Tianhe, we focus on fostering a sense of social responsibility in our children, so the topic of PYPX was closely linked to community development. We believe that as a global citizens, Y5 students will continue their journey of inquiry and implement the IB's philosophy of lifelong learners.
