Summer Works Update 夏季工程改造

While our students and teaching staff began their summer vacation, our operations team stepped into action with our summer renovations work.  The first work began in our secondary school, where all of the classrooms are currently being upgraded, including our science laboratories which will have new windows added to the internal wall spaces to allow for better lighting.

At the same time, Sports Hall B saw some serious changes started with exterior walls ripped down ready to make way for a new fitness suite facility.  All of the bathrooms have also been ripped out ready for a complete refit.  Sports Hall S work will start very soon, which will include a complete refit of the bathrooms and changing rooms as well as significant renovation works within the swimming pool.

In Primary, we have upgrades to classrooms taking place, while our Early Years will see some changes to the entry way, bathroom areas and some general aesthetic updates.  Of course, all teaching and learning spaces are also undergoing deep cleans.

Further to this, we’re installing some new signage on our Performing Arts Centre, updated Aquatics Centre and Sports Hall S.  You’ll also see a variety of new visual displays in August, including some additions to the school entrance and in our Main Reception.

We hope you’re excited to return in August to see the changes, and we’ll provide a further update on progress later this summer.

当我们的学生和教师开始放暑假时，我们的设施团队开始了夏季装修工作。第一项工程开始于我们的中学楼，所有的教室目前都在升级，包括我们的科学实验室，我们将在内墙空间增加新的窗户，以提供更好的照明。

除此之外，我们还将在表演艺术中心、更新后的游泳中心和S体育馆安装一些新的标识。在8月份，你还会看到各种新的视觉展示，包括学校入口和前台的一些新增内容。
