国旗下讲话 | 当学习是需要的时候，改变还会难吗？

Dear faculty members, and fellow students ,

Good morning! I am deeply honored to stand before you today to share a profound and inspiring Topic: "Start with Why." This is not only an opening phrase; it is a compass that will guide us through the vast ocean of knowledge, igniting our inner flames of learning,self-discovery, and exceptional achievement.

let us think of the question: Why do we learn? Is it only to pass exams or secure a good job in the future? While these are true reasons, they often scratch the surface, failing to discover the fact of learning. The true "Why" lies in our passions, dreams, and missions. It fuels our pursuit of the unknown, our courage to challenge ourselves, and our resilience in the face of adversity.

"Start with Why" tells that great leaders and organizations begin with their core purpose and vision, inspiring a profound sense of connection and motivation among their members. Similarly, as students, when we understand clearly why we learn, that internal drive becomes our most potent learning companion.

how do we uncover our "Why"? Here are key words I’d like to share among us.

1、 Explore our Interests Reflect on our past experiences. What are the things that have captivated us, making us lose track of time? Those are likely our passions, the fountains of our learning drive.

2、Set our Goals Envision ourselves five years from now. Where do we aspire to be? What kind of person do we want to become? These long-term goals can help clarify the purpose and meaning of our current learning endeavors.

3、Connect to Value Consider how our learning can serve society and contribute to others. When learning transcends personal gain and connects to a broader world, that sense of purpose deepens our commitment and enthusiasm.

Once we've found our "Why," let it steer our learning journey:

4、Active Learning Shift from passive reception of knowledge to active seeking of answers and solutions. Our curiosity and thirst for knowledge will drive us to study further into every subject.

5、Continuous Challenge Embrace tasks that slightly stretch our comfort zone, for it is through these challenges that we grow, and our "Why" becomes clearer and stronger.

6、Reflection and Adjustment Regularly review our learning processes and achievements, assessing their alignment with our "Why." If we find ourselves veering off course, make adjustments to ensure us remain on the right path.

Dear fellow students, learning is a lengthy and exciting journey, and "Start with Why" is our invaluable compass. Let us, from today forward, courageously pursue our "Why," allowing this internal force to guide us through uncharted territories, uncover the unknown, and achieve greatness. In the days to come, may we all become learners filled with love, illuminated by vision, and empowered by action, jointly authoring our own extraordinary chapters.

让我们思考：为什么我们要学习？是为了应付考试，还是为了将来找一份好工作？这些答案固然重要，但它们往往停留在表面，未能触及学习的本质。真正的“Why”，是关于热爱、梦想和使命。它驱动我们不断探索未知，勇于挑战自我，即使面临困难也不轻言放弃。

“Start with Why”由西蒙·斯涅克提出，他强调伟大的领袖和组织从来都是从“为什么”开始，明确自己的核心理念和愿景，从而激发团队成员的共鸣和动力。作为学生，当我们清晰地知道自己为什么而学，那份内驱力将成为我们最强大的学习伙伴。

如何找到自己的“Why”呢？这里有几个关键词我想和大家分享：

1、探索兴趣

回顾过往，有哪些事物让我们废寝忘食、乐此不疲？那可能是我们兴趣的所在，也是我们学习动力的源泉。

2、设定目标

想象五年后的自己，我们希望站在哪里？成为什么样的人？这些长远的目标能帮助我们明确当前学习的方向和意义。

3、连接价值

思考我们的学习如何能够服务于社会、贡献于他人、成就自己。当学习不仅仅是为了自己，而是与更广阔的世界相连时，那份使命感会让我们更加坚定和热情。

一旦找到了我们的“Why”，接下来就是让它引领我们的学习之路

4、主动学习

不是被动接受知识，而是主动寻求答案、解决问题。我们的好奇心和求知欲将驱使我们深入探索每一个领域。

5、迎接挑战

选择那些让我们感到稍微超出舒适区的任务，正是这些挑战让我们成长，让我们的“Why”更加清晰和坚定。

6、反思调整

定期回顾自己的学习过程和成果，思考它们是否与我们的“Why”相符。如果发现偏离，及时调整方向，确保我们始终走在正确的道路上。

同学们：学习是一场漫长而精彩的旅程，这趟旅程中，我们只有一个竞争对手，那就是带着“Start with Why”的我们自己。让我们从今天开始，勇敢地追寻自己的“Why”，让这份内在的力量引领我们不断前行、探索未知、成就非凡。在未来的日子里，愿我们都能成为那个心中有爱、眼中有光、脚下有力量的学习者，共同书写属于我们的辉煌篇章！
