在华外创新融合部（I-EP），我们相信，学习是一个旅程，而不是一个目标。我们致力于促进每个学生对终身学习的热情，努力为学生创造机会，让他们成为独立的学习者。2024年7月10日至11日，我们迎来了本学期的MYP学生主导会议，这是IB国际教育项目中的特色家长会，也是一个让学生反思自我、分享成长的平台。
In I-EP, we believe that learning is a journey, and not a goal. We are commited to promoting a passion for reflecting lifelong learning in every student, as well as strive to create opportunities for students to become independent learners. On July 10-11, 2024, we celebrated this semester's Student-Led Conference, a signature parent-teacher conference in the IB Program, and a platform for students to reflect on themselves and share their growth.
学生主导会议是IB教育理念的生动体现，它强调学生在教育过程中的主体地位。这不仅是一个总结过去、展望未来的节点，更是一个让家长、学生和教师共同参与、共同成长的契机。在这两天的会议中，我们为每个家庭安排了专属的沟通时间，确保每位家长都能深入参与到孩子的成长讨论中去。孩子们在这个平台上，不仅展示了他们在各个学科领域的学习成果，更分享了他们的思考、疑惑和对未来的憧憬。
The Student-Led Conference is a vivid embodiment of the IB educational philosophy, which emphasizes the students' subjective position in the educational process. It is not only a point to summarize the past and look forward to the future, but also an opportunity for parents, students and teachers to participate and grow together. During the two-day conference, we arranged exclusive communication time for each family to ensure that each parent was deeply involved in the discussion of their child's growth. It was a platform where children not only showcased their learning in various subject, but also shared their thoughts, doubts and visions for the future.
孩子们的发言充满了自信和热情，他们用自己独特的视角，向家长和老师展示了自己作为IB学习者的精彩学习瞬间。在这个过程中，老师和家长不仅是倾听者，更是引导者和支持者，他们用鼓励的话语和建设性的反馈，帮助孩子们更好地认识自己，明确前进的方向。
The children's speeches were full of confidence and enthusiasm, and they used their unique perspectives to show their wonderful learning moments as IB learners. In this process, teachers and parents were not only listeners, but also guides and supporters, who used encouraging words and constructive feedback to help the children better understand themselves and clarify the way forward.
在孩子们的分享之后，各学科老师对孩子们的学习情况进行了全面的回顾和分析，指出了他们的优势和需要改进的地方。老师们的专业知识和丰富经验，为家长提供了宝贵的教育建议，帮助他们更好地理解和支持孩子的学习。
After the children's sharing, the teachers of each subject reviewed and analyzed the children's learning thoroughly, pointing out their strengths and areas for improvement. The teachers' professional knowledge and rich experience provided parents with valuable educational advice to help them better understand and support their children's learning.
通过学生主导会议，教师能够更精准地把握每个学生的特点和需求，与家长共同探讨适合孩子的个性化教育方案，促进学生的全面发展。学生在会议中不仅分享了自己的成就，也勇于面对自己的不足，通过反思，他们学会了如何从经验中学习，不断成长和进步。
Through the Student-Led Conference, teachers were able to grasp the characteristics and needs of each student more precisely, and discussed the personalized education plans suitable for children with parents. Students not only shared their achievements in the meeting, but also had the courage to face their shortcomings. Through reflection, they learned how to learn from experience and continue to move forward.
学生主导会议的圆满结束，标志着我们对孩子的成长方向又进行了一次深入探讨。十分感谢每一位老师的辛勤工作，每一位家长的积极参与，以及每一位学生的真诚分享。这次会议不仅是对孩子们过去学习成果的认可，更是对他们未来发展的期待和鼓励。

The successful conclusion of the Student-Led Conference marked another in-depth discussion on our children's developmental path. We thank every teacher for their hard work, every parent for their active participation, and every student for their sincere sharing. This meeting not only recognized the children's past learning achievements, but also encouraged their future development.
In I-EP, we adhere to the education-based, student-centered, growth-oriented approach and work together to draw a colorful future for our children. We will continue to work together with you to create a growing environment full of love, encouragement and support for children. In this fertile land, our children will explore bravely, grow confidently, and realize their dreams!
