上海宏润博源二十八位社团社长的创业之旅已然开始

又是一年社团时

Club Time Again

上学期，即使有疫情的存在，即使大部分时间只能是在线活动，上海宏润博源学校天才的孩子们依然创建了20个社团。而这学期，当一切回归正常后，孩子们更是显示出异乎寻常的爆发力，本学期一共成立了28个社团。

During last semester, even though they had to participate in online activities because of the covid-19 pandemic, the talented kids of SHBS still managed to establish 20 clubs. When everything returned to normal in this semester, their enthusiasm ran so exceptionally wild that they created 28 clubs.

这28个社团里面，有继续传承的老社团，如乐队、模联、羽毛球、中国语言与文化研究社、生活研究所、Transformers变革者、手工社、滑板社、配音社、击剑社、Fly羽毛球、数学+；也有新创的社团，包括智力奥林匹克、话剧美学社”drama athsthetics"、MLP 桌游社、“第七艺术”欣赏社、T-club、遥控航空模型与航空工程、DANCE CLUB、剪辑社、能量俱乐部、DIY杂烩社、Natural Observation 自然观察社、 I wanna…、Business-X、BIU Speech Club、Irregular Studio、Super Smash Club、Programming Club

Among those 28 clubs, there are not only time-honored ones such as the band, MUN, the badminton club, the Chinese Language and Culture Research Society, Lifestyle Lab, Transformers, Handcraft Club, Skateboard Club, Dubbing Club, Fencing Club, and Maths+, but also newly-established ones such as Mentality Olympics, Drama Aesthetics, MLP board game club, Natural Observation, I wanna…、Business-X、BIU Speech Club、Irregular Studio、Super Smash Club、Programming Club etc.

周二下午，学校礼堂座无虚席。这里，28位社团领袖，28位创业者，来到这舞台，每位短短几分钟，向同学们诉说才华、情怀、梦想，还有蓝图。社长们有的是已经能在台上泰然自若侃侃而谈，也有的是从未登过台，即使有稿件照着念仍然紧张得手在颤抖。但无论怎样，他们都是勇士，都是开拓者与进取者！我们期待他们接下来将各自的社团成功！

On Tuesday afternoon, all students and teachers gathered in the school auditorium to listen to the recruiting speeches given by 28 club leaders. Each of them spent onlya couple of minutes on the stage showing us their talent and sharing with us their ambitions and dreams.Some of them felt confident on the stage, while others felt so nervous that their hands were trembling even though they were reading aloud their drafts. In any case, they were warriors and pioneers. We are looking forward to their successes in organizing their respective clubs.

在上海宏润博源学校，社团是孩子们自己的，从想法，到策划、到组织、到实施、到出成果，都是由孩子们自己在做。所以，我们常常把社团的社长，比作创业者。他们将面临的，就如创业者一样，把自己有的和能够组织到的资源，有序地整合到一起，朝着所有社团成员都认同的使命与愿景进发！

I’d like to add that in SHBS, the school definitely does not take it upon itself to arrange everything for students’ club activities. Instead, it is totally up to the students to conceive, to plan, to organize, to implement, and to reap. Therefore, we often compare club leaders to entrepreneurs because just like the latter, the former will have to integrate the resources they already have and they can get in an orderly manner so as to head for the common mission and goal that all their club members have acknowledged.
