从春天快乐出发,播种爱与希望 | BMH Community Activities

在BMH,学生们的“课堂”从不囿于校园里一方教室,他们的“成长”也绝不仅是学术知识的积累,到生活中去,观察一枝花的生长,体验一种职业......丰富而独特的经历,让学生们自然而然获取“心的收获”。


春意浓浓的三月是播种希望的时刻,是散播爱与友善的时节,博观师生与所在社区携起手来,共同为生态自然尽一份力,去保护我们赖以生存的家园和我们如此喜爱的春天!



Part 01.

|春天是生长|



BMH三、四年级全体学生踏上了前往“南山生活垃圾分类科普教育馆”的校外实践之旅。


在科普教育馆内的多个展区,学生们通过图文、视频、实物等多种形式,生动形象地展示了垃圾分类的重要性、方法和意义。学生们在参观过程中,不时驻足观看,认真聆听讲解员的介绍,并积极提问互动。







其中,最受欢迎的环节莫过于互动体验区。学生们可以亲自操作模拟垃圾分类设备,将不同种类的垃圾投放到对应的垃圾桶中。通过实际操作,学生们更加深入地了解了垃圾分类的具体要求和标准,也体会到了正确分类的难度和挑战。



在充分了解了分类的知识后,学生们前往农耕园进行参观,在绿意盎然的园子里,学生们被眼前这片生机勃勃的蔬菜植物世界深深吸引。


讲解员为学生们介绍着每一种蔬菜、植物的特点和生长习性,让他们对植物的生长过程有了更直观的了解。学生们亲手触摸了蔬菜的叶片,感受了它们的质感,亲自采摘了成熟的蔬菜,体验了收获的喜悦。这种亲身参与的方式,让学生们对植物有了更加深入的认识和了解,也让他们感受到每一株植物都拥有蓬勃的生命力。



Part 02.

|春天是播种|



草长莺飞的日子里,我们也希望将更多的绿意带到各处,尽力共建绿色的家园。学校六、七年级的少先队员代表,在学校第一书记和少先队辅导员的带领之下,前往广培新艺公园种下了属于BMH的小小桂花树苗。


学生们对种植下一颗小小树苗有着满心的兴奋,铲土造坑、扶苗填坑、踏土夯苗,在植树活动现场,大家分工协作、相互配合,顺利完成八棵树苗种植。相信对于这些孩子们来说,不仅是拿起铲子的一次劳动尝试,更是播种下对未来的一个个期许。

At BMH, students' learning experience extends beyond the traditional classroom setting. The school encourages personal growth through a variety of activities, such as observing the growth of flowers and exploring different professions. These unique experiences allow students to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them. 


As we enter the spring season, let us sow hope and spread love and kindness. Students and teachers from BMH are collaborating with the community to contribute to the preservation of the ecology and nature, safeguarding the home we rely on and the spring we cherish.


Part 01.

|Growing|



All Prep 3 and 4 students from BMH went on a practical excursion to the Nanshan Museum of Science and Education on Living Waste Classification.


The museum's various exhibition areas demonstrate the importance and significance of rubbish classification through illustrations, videos, objects, and other forms. During the visit, the students attentively watched and listened to the lecturer's introduction, actively engaging with each other by asking questions.







The interactive experience area was one of the most popular sessions. Students had the opportunity to operate simulated waste separation equipment and sort different types of waste into corresponding bins. This hands-on experience provided students with a deeper understanding of waste separation requirements and standards, as well as the challenges of correctly separating waste.




After gaining a full understanding of classification, the students visited the Farming Garden. In the lush green garden, they were captivated by the vibrant world of vegetable plants before them.


The lecturer introduced the characteristics and growth habits of each plant, and the students touched the leaves of the vegetables, felt their texture. This hands-on participation allowed them to gain a deeper knowledge and understanding of plants, while also appreciating the vitality of each one.




Part 02.

|Planting|



Our goal is to promote greenery and build a sustainable home together. Representatives from P 6 and S7 Pioneers, led by the school's First Secretary and Pioneer Counsellor, planted a small osmanthus sapling belonging to BMH at Guangpei Xinyi Park.


The students were enthusiastic about planting saplings. They dug pits, filled the pits with soil, and tamped the soil. At the tree-planting site, they divided the work and cooperated to successfully plant eight saplings. This experience not only gave them a chance to pick up shovels but also let them know more about the plant.
