In December of last year, we announced the four BMH Student Ambassadors for the current academic year: Tracy Liu and Sarah Zeng from P5, and Hugo Wang and Catherine Li from P6.
These students have been preparing throughout the winter and will begin their journey this spring by travelling to the UK in April. During the summer term, they'll be in the Bromgrove UK, exploring a new learning journey with local students in an immersive English environment .
At the moment when everything is ready to go, we had a chat with these lovely children on the BMH campus. We'd like to introduce you to these four wonderful children and their unique qualities as BMH students, full of boundless potential.
We're excited to introduce you to four amazing children from Years 5 and 6. Today, we'll be focusing on Tracy Liu and Sarah Zeng, two wonderful girls who have been attending BMH since Pre School.
Tracy Liu & Sarah Zeng:
「From BMH to BSUK」
When referring to Tracy and Sarah at BMH, our students and teachers are already familiar with them due to their outstanding academic achievements and good performance. It's fascinating to know that their journey started way back in Pre school.
We first met Tracy and Sarah at BMH Kindergarten's K1C class in 2016. They both displayed impressive qualities during their time in kindergarten. Sarah even became BMH's first school uniform model, while promotional photos of Tracy still hang in the corners of the campus to this day.
Looking back, it is clear that their unique potential was evident from their pre school years and continued to shine throughout.
In Tracy's K1 Term 1 report, the homeroom teacher noted that Tracy actively participates in music lesson activities and demonstrates quality results. In Sarah's report, the most commonly used words to describe her were 'enthusiastic', 'confident', and 'kind'.
These qualities do not appear to change with age; rather, they blossom and flourish like a growing tree.
*Sarah&Tracy at Pre School
As they start Prep school, their excellence is reflected not only in their academic achievements of straight A's and A*'s every year but also in their holistic development. They frequently participate in school events, have won awards, are immersed in the world of art, and are passionate about sports.
*Tracy and Sarah received awards from the National Painting and Calligraphy Competition.
Standing beside the piano in a decent dress, with black hair cascading down her back, she smiled, bowed to the audience, and then took her seat. The entire room fell silent as she raised her hand and her fingertips gracefully landed on the black and white keys of the piano...
*Tracy has played at many school events
Tracy is renowned for her piano playing and is a familiar sight on the school's stages. Her calmness, concentration, and quiet power are evident when she plays.
Sarah is a confident and enthusiastic individual who radiates positivity in all her campus activities. Her responsible attitude and down-to-earth approach to accomplishing tasks make her a true 'Vigour Girl'.
*Sarah hosted and gave speeches at the school
For the third consecutive year, Sarah has graced the Christmas assembly stage, impressing the audience with her fluent English and wonderful performance. This is partly due to her participation in the 'Lamda' CCA programme at BMH, which she joined in Year 1 and has already received four certificates at different levels and in different disciplines.
From K1 to P5, eight years have passed quickly, and we are delighted to see the two lovely children growing up step by step, with a greater understanding of themselves and the world. This time, they will start their journey from the trusted BMH to Bromsgrove in the UK to explore more opportunities for themselves.
Tracy and Sarah are familiar with The Bronx School UK (BSUK). Sarah attended the Summer School last year and enjoyed the BSUK campus, teachers, summer school programme, and boarding. Tracy spoke with the members of board when the BSUK Board visited and impressed them with her piano playing and painting.

They applied to become Student Ambassadors because of their long-standing connection to BMH and their trust in BSUK. During the interview, they expressed their desire to fully experience the curriculum and activities in the UK school over the next three months.
These two youngsters, from BMH to BSUK, are sure to have the experience of a lifetime. Let's wait and see what they will share with us!
